We always aim to impress you with all of our Charmin versions, so we're sorry to learn of your recent experience with Ultra Strong. While our softest toilet paper is our Ultra Soft and Ultra Gentle lines, we still wouldn't expect you to find this version too rough. We'd like to gather some information for our Quality Assurance Team and help you find the right Charmin for your preferences. Please give us a call at 1 (800) 777-1410.
