This 'was' the only toilet paper that I would buy...however, there has obviously been a change in this product so I will no longer be using. Very disappointed!

I have always loved your ultra strong mega roll and am very disappointed the the rolls are about 1/2 inch shorter. I would rather pay more then get less.

Just love the softness and strength that you get from Charmin Ultra Strong.My household will use no other and it last so much longer than any other leading brand out there..

I'm sorry your are losing money and have to cut costs. i don't mind you raising rates to cover the 4+ inch wide toilet paper. But your new narrow toilet paper is an inferior product I won't buy anymore.

I too am very disappointed that you have narrowed the width of Charmin's rolls. Your toilet paper was a superior product, but it no longer is. I will be comparison shoppting next time I replenish.
