why has the Charmin roll suddenly become1/4" narrower - people will notice it- they will stop using your product for a better buy. I have used Charmin for many years- why lose customers?

Recent I purchased a 12 roll package of mega roll Charmin Ultra. I usually purchase once a month. This time the packi purchased was One ply paper. I was very disappointed. Is this the new Charmin Ultra.
