I bought a pack of rolls and none of them is pre cut making difficult to use it as it's impossible to cut properly. Is it a new specificity to this product? Or is it a deficient product?

I've been buying this version since it came out. P&G thought no one would notice?? I agree it looks ridiculous on the holder. Won't buy again. Don't like being insulted by my toilet paper!
