Only one thing keeping it from 5 stars is the price. That seems to be the major factor I find when I am buying TP. However, with that being said, I am more likely to buy as it also lasts a lot longer. Less paper is needed due to the strength and softness. This is great TP that I now see is worth the price

Yet the Charmin ultra strong bathroom tissue really is like no other tissue. It manages to be both strong yet comfortable. I had the opportunity to give out some rolls of bathroom tissues to my co-workers and friends and this has been one of the fews times where everyone has solidly agreed that the performance is top notch!

Strong enough for my whole family and the quality was far better than I expected. We have made the switch to Charmin Ultra Stong!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is, indeed, stronger than our regular brand. Here's what I found after one day of use: While it is soft, it is stiffer (not necessarily a bad thing) than what we regularly use. I compared a sheet of Charmin to what we use; I found that each sheet is narrower by a quarter of an inch and there are about 14% fewer sheets on the roll (165 versus 190). I'm anxious to see how Charmin holds up under use, and if I really do use less.

I found that TWO pieces of Charmin ultra strong is enough for your messiest messes. The only downside to these tissues is that they aren't as wide as others, but in my opinion they more then make up for it in the strength they come with.

It was top notch quality even I could tell u that but then again my wife always buys the good stuff anyway. She really seemed to like this sample & says we will be buying it again so I guess that's mission accomplished.

Those days are over, my friends! I recently tried Charmin Ultra Strong, and let me tell you, the days of ripping through your TP are over! With strength that’s 4x greater than the leading bargain brand and absorbency that’s 2x greater than the leading 1,000-sheet brand, you owe it to yourself to give it a try! With it's unbeatably soft Duraclean texture, you're cleaning four times as well and using four times less paper! This is one product to try! You won't be disappointed!

I have used this product for a long time do to the quality but I was shocked to open a new package and see that the width had been reduced to only 4" from 4 1/2" . This narrow width does not work well at all due to the narrow width. The company could have raised the price but instead chose to lower the quality of their product. I will no longer purchase this product if the company does not go back to the standard 4 1/2" width.

We've used Ultra Strong for several years and were really pleased. Over the past year, not only have the rolls become MUCH smaller but penetrations have become commonplace. Those two factors were the only reasons we switched to Ultra Strong in the first place. We are now actively testing alternatives since Ultra Strong no longer does the job it used to do so well.
