[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally do not mind Charmin Ultra Strong, but everyone else in the family complains that it isn't very soft. I feel like I use less because it feels stronger and thicker, but majority rules in my house...Happy Wife, Happy Life and all that. I do not think we will continue to use Charmin Ultra Soft in my house, but we will most likely use its counterpart, Charmin Ultra Soft, so not a complete loss for Charmin.

The bargain brand takes two to three times the amount to get the same job complete. I would highly recommend this to anyone to try out. Great product. Thanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was cautious when asked to try another brand. My family has always used a brand that claimed to be the softest in the marketplace. Sorry Sco##$, you lose, Charmin was softer and more absorbent which means you use less saving you money!! It is also septic safe which is important in our area of the country. The number of sheets per roll means less tube waste which is better for our environment!

Since it is stronger, I find I am using less toilet paper than other brands. A definite money saver! I highly recommend this toilet paper if you like a thicker, high quality feel and using less will definitely save your family money!

My son is just finishing toilet training and this toilet paper has been a wonderful addition to the bathroom. I will continue to use this toilet paper for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Charmin in the past and was dissatisfied! It shredded and flaked off bits of tissue. It was extremely hard to use without it falling apart. This new Charmin Ultra Strong is fantastic. It is sturdy, doesn't fall apart, and yet it is still soft to the touch. I love a tissue that can hold up to the rigorous use of men and kids and still be soft enough not to irritate delicate bottoms. Charmin Ultra Strong works perfectly. If you're looking for a toilet paper that is durable and soft all at once, then this is the one for you!!

I have been using Charmin for years and now you have so many different products, strong, soft etc. it gets confusing sometimes. The last purchase of Charmin was a total disappointment. 1/2 in narrower and not as soft. Same price but not same quality. Not good!

But I used to like Charmin and was buying often so I thought why not to give it a try. The first impression when I open the box was the 4 roll package is really small compare to my regular brand. I placed it one the holder and noticed its slightly narrower than my usual. When I used it the tissue felt very thick and stiff. Yes, maybe it's Strong but my family are looking for more softness. Finally, how often I had to change empty roll is just not my liking. The roll get empty too quick for just family of three. Unfortunately this is not my favorite and we are going back to our regular brand.

I get this Charmin Ultra Strong and the first thing I notice is it feels different in my hand and when you rip a sheet or 2 off of the roll, it sounds like it's VERY thick. Surprisingly, it is EXTREMELY soft and I REALLY like that. IT JUST FEELS BETTER! It almost feels like cotton and it does a better job than the 3 ply brand I've been using. Needless to say, the remainder of the 3 ply is going to the kids while the Charmin Ultra Strong, stays in my bathroom. I would HIGHLY recommend Charmin Ultra Strong to anyone and everyone. It's just a GREAT product. Try it for yourself if you don't believe me. You too will be surprised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For many years we used Meadowbrook Gold 3-ply toilet tissue from Amway. It was the best! This past year they discontinued their paper products, leaving us in a lurch. Then, we found Charmin Ultra Strong. Three plies. Doesn't fall apart in your hand (too many do). You could moisten this under running water and not have to worry about "tissue decomposition" as it was "in play". So thick that you could get satisfactory usage with only two or three sheets. Finally, a good replacement for the Meadowbrook. Mission accomplished!
