[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always liked Charmin brand TP, but usually went for the softer kinds. I thought I'd give the ultra strong brand a try, and I have to say, for it being marketed just for its strength, its surprisingly soft and gentle as well. I'm a convert and will probably be using the ultra strong as my brand of TP in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the issue of toilet paper and what it should and shouldn't do and how it should or shouldn't feel is a rather personal one, as we all know. Strong is always a plus, but some like it soft and gentle while others prefer a rougher sturdier feel to their TP. I prefer a certain level of strength in my toilet paper, to ensure it can handle the daunting demands I place upon it. You can imagine my concerns when I opened the Charmin Ultra Strong package and noted the softness and thickness of the TP within. This stuff is seriously plush. Could it handle the challenge I was about to deliver? Would it live up to the expectations? Since I'm sure nobody really wants an in depth analysis of the events that led to the moment of toilet paper truth, I'll skip ahead to say this...this stuff is awesome. Thick? Yup, it's thick. Soft? Yeah, it's soft too. But man is it strong. The quadruple-ply feel means using less sheets and after multiple uses over the past week, not one rippage, breakage, tear or poke-through. (You all know what I'm talking about.) I'm left feeling clean, without being violated in the process. I'm using less of the good stuff too, since it's so thick so one roll is lasting longer than the stuff I used before while my tush is feeling comforted by the soft plush feel. Oh and my wife likes it too. A lot. She got that look of wonder on her face that she does when I do something surprisingly domestic, like pick up the towels off the floor or throw my clothes in the hamper. Win-win, Charmin Ultra Strong, win-win.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was optimistic about trying this product, and to be honest I expected more. I have used @Charmin Ultra Soft in the past, and the #UltraStrong #Triplethreattp wasn't quite what I was expecting. It was rough and surprisingly coarse. I would use this product again, if on sale, but it isn't a product I would seek out, let alone pay retail prices for. The roll also, after being used once or twice, looked very empty. For a roll promising to be double the size of its normal roll, I was disappointed at how quickly it was used up. It does, as the packaging promises, flush well and it is very strong, however it would benefit from being a bit softer, and a bit 'larger'.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many products out there today seem to get your hopes up with extravagant claims, only to let you down when the product doesn't live up to its expectations. This isn't the case for Charmin Ultra Strong! I often use bath tissue when getting ready in the morning and even to help remove makeup (it's much gentler than a washcloth). All other bath tissue ends up ripping and rolling on itself when even slightly wet. Charmin Ultra Stong, on the other hand, is strong enough to remove makeup with a liquid makeup remover, and soft enough that it doesn't irritate or pull on my skin. Of course, I use this product for it's expected use as well, and considering how strong the material is, I am extremely pleased with the fact that it has never caused any plumbing issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Know one would understand unless they haven't had Charmin in like for ever.My spouse refused to buy it because she said it clogged the pipes. So far so good. I told her it was different then it used to be but she is still waiting to see. In the mean time I get to enjoy the softness where softness should be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally liked this paper, but I think without a warning folks will tear off the same length that they're used to. If you don't mind posting a sign in your guest bath, or educating your guests, there is no downside(backside?).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm usually not too picky when it comes to toilet paper- at best, it's nice; at worst, it's slightly uncomfortable. But Charmin's Ultra Strong was actually really great. True to its name, it was very strong and didn't tear easily. It was also quite absorbent and you don't need to use very much to get the job done. My only complaint is that it isn't the softest toilet paper I've ever used. While it's not rough by any stretch of the imagination, it's not fluffy and feathery like some others. However, since it is always a tradeoff between comfort and function, I think Charmin Ultra Strong is definitely soft enough given how well it performs. Overall, I'd definitely use this again!

I can't believe how strong this stuff is. It's like a washcloth! Still very soft and comfortable to use. It seems I can use less of this than the regular TP I use. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is one of my favorites. It is soft (very plush) and strong enought to handle any wipe job. We used some to clean up a spill on the floor when our paper towels ran out, and it was incredibily absorbant and didn't tear with a little scrubbing. I checked out some store prices and thought Charmin Ultra Strong was very reasonable. I will buy this product again in the future.
