Once I opened the boxed and squeezed the package I thought it felt thick and soft. The rolls seemed a little smaller then the mass retailer brand I am use to buying. The tp is strong and is super absorbent, didn't leave anything behind. It was a little rough compared to what I am use to. I went through the rolls much faster then usual, I wouldn't mind using it again if they made the rolls a little bigger and offered it in bulk packages. Overall it's a decent tp and really cleans up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I have been pleasantly surprised with the new Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper. Not accustomed to writing reviews of toilet paper, but this product has made the duty easier. You do use much less paper - it does not team, rip, etc., and easily flushes down. It is "clog free" as stated on the packaging. Being stronger, it does clean better. The only downside that I have noticed is that it is not as soft as 'normal' toilet paper. Not as rough as what you may find in a public place, but not as soft as other home-use toilet paper. I will defiantly be purchasing this if it is cost effective.

With the name "Ultra Strong" I wasn't expecting much softness, but to my surprise, this is some of the softest toilet paper I've used. I don't know how to go into detail on a toilet paper review without , you know, TMI, but rest assured that this is excellent. My father has Crohn's Disease, and was more than happy to test it out! Best of all it last a long time as you really don't need to use much; it really is strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ultra strong because I don't feel like it's going to fall apart when I use it. Nothing worse than fingers going through the paper. Just be careful to use less than you do with normal toilet paper or you will clog the toilet.

But when you finally find one that's as good as Charmin Ultra, you can't help but share your thoughts. Forget the other brands that are either too thin to be of any use or feel rough to the touch. Charmin Ultra are soft, comfortable and leave you feeling totally clean. They also have the added bonus of being more efficient than other toilet paper we've used, meaning you really can use less. So if the large rolls weren't a good enough reason to buy these, the fact that you're going to use less makes these much more cost-effective than other brands. We've found Charmin Ultra to be the king when it comes to our 'throne'. Long may it reign!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of Charmin® Ultra Strong through BzzAgent for my honest opinion. I think that Charmin Ultra Strong has the strength aspect going for it enormously. It certainly is strong when compared to many other brands who fall apart way too easily considering what it is meant for. That being said the strength is achieved at a cost, it is one of the roughest TP's I have ever used. I use another brand TP specifically because it is the softest I have ever used. While Charmin Ultra Strong is good at getting the job done, the huge difference in softness drops it to 3 stars. I think if they could find a way to keep the strength it currently has and match the softness of other brands, it would be the ultimate TP. Until then, I am going to have to continue with the softness of the other brand but I am definitely open to trying it again in the future if they make improvements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife has purchased every brand imaginable for our family and I have hidden (or secretly stashed away) all of them for one reason or another. This product is wonderful. It helps keep everything clean and dry and doesn't require a small arm load of paper to do the job. The product is everything it says, strong, durable, greater absorbency and so much more. I will continue to place this on my wife's grocery list to avoid unnecessary purchases of inferior brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have finished trying the 4 roll of Charmin Ultra Strong Paper and it lasted for about 3 weeks. The product is very effective and very strong but I feel it lacks a little in the softness department. I usually use Quilted Northern or other types of Charmin Brand toilet paper. It is not abrasive or uncomformrtable but it doesn't feel as gentle to the types I am used to using. The texture remoinds me of a soft paper towel and I could see for some people with issues cleaning themselves how this could be a large plus. For myself I will probably not be using this type of Charmin in the future but I would have no reservations recommending it to someone having issues with toilet paper than tears too easily or needs a stronger heavy type of paper.

The strength and softness are a definite hiney saver. Just like swaddling your baby in the softest blankets, your bumm deserves Charmin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so I have used many different kinds of toilet paper, from expensive, to middle, to absolutely cheap! Charmin is by far one of the best. Its strong, durable and soft. Three important attributes that is a must have in toilet paper. The only downside that I see is the dusting that it creates when used. The white dust gets all over the rug in the bathroom and my wife wasn't pleased with that aspect of it, but other than that, I would continue to use it.
