Now with my eyes open to charmin ultra I can officially see why people spend extra money on tp. Soft, gentle and durable. Expensive but, wow. I can't believe I'm saying this but, it's worth it.

Its not gritty or scented and doesn't irritate my skin which is good because I have h sensitive skin. a little goes a long way and makes this product a more economical purchase. Long lasting size of roll. Happy with product all in all.

I am now exclusively buying Charmin Ultra Strong because it lives up to its name--it IS ultra strong--it doesn't tear apart or dissolve in your hands like some other brands do! Let's face it--it's NOT worth buying toilet paper that falls apart--you end up using way more, and that COSTS you more! I'm sticking with my Charmin!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't CARE what other qualities Charmin's Ultra Strong "Mega Roll" has.Obviously it's a quality tissue but what I care about after looking at and MEASURING every toilet tissue in the store is that Charmin is still putting out a product that fits on my toilet paper roller without looking puny and cockeyed because half an inch was cut off its width. The great toilet paper conspiracy apparently dictated that every single corporation would cut this crucial half inch off the width of their products, thereby cheating us consumers out of quite a bit of tissue and at the same time making those of us who go crazy about aesthetic issues like the fit of toilet paper on the roller desperate. Charmin, too, cut that half inch off most of their tissue products, but apparently a twinge of conscience made them put out one tissue product---the Mega Roll--- with the critical half inch (or most of it) restored so we perfectionists could sleep at night after all. Thank you Charmin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I secretly switched out our normal bath tissue with the Charmin® Ultra Strong to see how others in the household would react. What's funny is that they didn't react until the normal bath tissue was replaced and some asked, "What happened to the good toilet paper?" and "Who put in this cheap stuff." I noticed a positive difference right away. Do you count the number of sheets you use? Are you a 2, 3 or 4+ tissue user? Are any of you a 1-sheet user? Bravo! I salute you! Charmin® Ultra Strong was both softer, stronger and more absorbent than our regular paper. Yes, I will continue to use it after the campaign is over and will recommend (and have recommended) it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got the package it reminded me of the strong Charmin type that's already out in the market. I open the package either thinking it'll probably be the same as that or tough like a paper towel. But to my surprise it felt still the regular charmin brand toilet paper. It was soft and probably 4 ply. When you use it it's tough and soft as you would imagine. So if your toilet paper gets ripped way too often r isn't absorbent enough this will definitely do the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Charmin products in the past and this TP reminded me a lot of their paper towels both in texture and thickness. While I can see someone using less sheets due to the thickness the roll seemed to go quicker than our normal brand. Our regular brand is softer as well as half the cost.

The only reason that I didn't give it a 5 is because it is not in a class of its own when it comes to toilet tissue. It will definitely be an option when I purchase toilet tissue in the future, but I will make the final decision based on other price options.
