[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited about getting to try Charmin because we used to buy it often and I think that I've heard that they have changed it in recent years. Surprisingly, I actually prefer some of the other brands we have purchased lately. I thought it was actually too thick and I thought the thickness took away from the softness. I prefer my toilet paper to be a little thinner and a little softer.

We used 3 of the rolls then were all in full agreement that it was going to be the new TP in our home. Thank you Bzzagent for helping us find a new TP that works for everyone and is strong and excellent in our septic tank!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin ultra strong TP is good stuff. It appears to be thicker than regular TP and is also stronger. No tearing or ripping. This is good stuff. I have been trying this out for about a week now since I got some in the mail for a free trial. I would buy this again. I do not know if there is less total trees in a roll but you do use fewer sheets at a time.

It is a bit smaller width wise than my current paper, which is why I gave it 4 stars! My kids love the feel and wanted it placed in every bathroom in our home! I would consider purchasing in the future if available where we shop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is high quality TP. I would be hard-pressed to fine a better product. The rolls have gotten skinnier but I am not using any more sheets than I previously did so if anything, I am doing less with more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is super soft and thicker than any other brand. Had a head cold and was using another brand of toilet paper to blow my nose. After running out, I switched to Charmin, I wish I had been using it the whole time. Was super soft on my nose and face, which was more like using tissues than toilet paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the perfect toilet paper for my 2 1/2 year old to use when learning how to properly wipe his tush. After having only wipes clean his bottom, this toilet tissue was soft and did the job. Plus it taught him that he doesn't have to use too much toilet paper which in turn could clog things. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's thick, it's absorbent, it's ultra plushy Charmin TP! My Mom loves how you can use less for the same job. Although it seems a little too thick at times, people will be impressed if you have this in the bathroom. I enjoyed using it and would definitely consider this a premium brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wouldn't call myself a connoisseur of toilet paper. My wife buys the same brand over and over in bulk and use it because it is there. I use the flimsy stuff at work and don't complain. This Charmin Ultra stuff comes along and I give it a try because hey, free TP. I have to say that I liked the results very much. This paper held together under pressure and there were never any bits left over. My wife said it was a bit too thick but I found it to be just right and you can use less of it each time due to its durability. I would recommend this toilet paper to others who don't like the thin stuff. No more paper ripping apart mid-wipe and leaving your fingers in quite the awkward situation.

In the recent past, Charmin has reduced the width of the roll significantly and the new smaller size not only does not work as well, but looks really silly in bathroom fixtures that have not shrunk. Please restore the full-width "standard" rolls, even if it has to be relabeled and/or cost more. The product remains superior, but this new packaging will force me to consider a brand I do not like as well if its rolls are full width. Full size rolls get all five stars.
