And that can definitely lead to a sore bottom. But with Charmin Ultra Strong,my bum is not only clean but it stays comfortable and clean! I love this and will be buying more!

It holds up to its name and is strong,yet soft and I have saved money by using this because it doesnt take much because it is so strong and soft.

I prefer the Uktra because it's much softer. I would not recommend this one to people unless they need something really thick for their butt.

My poor bum can't take it, I wouldn't buy this just because it's too scratchy and not soft. Charmin went too far on the toughness scale and didn't think enough about softness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found that Charmin Ultra Strong actually saves me money because we no longer have to use a wad of tissue to clean ourselves. It is ultra strong but soft. I realized this due to the fact that I have a physical problem that causes me to use the bathroom many times per day and I have not gotten a rash from the paper like I do with other brands. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my house we were using Kirkland Soft Tissue, until I received the 4 pack of Charmin Ultra Strong. At first using it, I felt it was a little rough and was caught of guard because I thought the marketing was "Ultra Soft" and then looked at the packaging and noticed it was "Ultra Strong". Still, less than impressed. My wife and I prefer out Kirkland brand. However, by the end of the four rolls, it did grow on us. It was durable and we felt it was effective at doing its job. Would we buy it for our house, sure, maybe. But it wouldn't be our first preference.

A lot of toilet paper that says it strong tend to be very harsh, with two little ones at home we prefer softer toilet paper. Unfortunately with softer paper it rips this is strong and soft, great for little kids!
