With the thicker sheets, there is no need to use as many pieces to get the job done. This Charmin Ultra Strong TP will be used again and again by our household after using it the first time. Other brands are thinner, therefore using 2-3x more sheets per wipe. With three kids in the house we go thru TP like crazy, so this should definitely cut down on the TP runs to the store!! I would for sure and will continue using this product as I used another brand before that I'd buy in bulk. Comfort and durability is extremely important when using this type of product. Easy flush!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing that I noticed was that the rolls were not as wide as the regular roll that we use. That was a little difficult to get used to. However, this is a very good roll of toilet paper. It has a great balance of texture, comfort and absorbability that I am accustomed to with my usual brand. I was pleased to notice that the Ultra Strong was not too linty as with most soft tissue paper, but was comfortable while using. Overall I would not switch from my usual brand due to the width of the Ultra Strong. Only for that reason do I give this product three stars. Great paper, but could use improvement.

I will continue to use this, but it can almost be too absorbent. It didn't pass the nose blow test, but it's definitely stronger than your usual store brand tissue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TP is very soft so that's a great feature, however, where I live they discourage using super soft TP due to the septic system. There is no way for me to tell if this will have a negative effect on the septic system so I'll just have to trust the product marketing which states it will not cause clogging of the septic system.

It has absorbency that’s 2x greater than the leading 1,000-sheet brand, unbeatably soft Duraclean texture, and strength that’s 4x greater than the leading bargain brand with the highest standard of clean, all while using up to 4x less paper. It is definitely a soft, strong, and smart buy. I will never use anything else!

Bought new the new Smooth Tear Ultra Soft Charmin, and was disappointed to see that I was getting less for my money. Each of the new "improved" rolls have 224 sheets. The old, non-wavy tear versions had 244 sheets per roll. When you buy a 30-pack of toilet paper, and add up the difference of 20 sheets per roll, that's almost 2 1/2 fewer rolls of tp per package! Not worth it for the "improvement" which I didn't need in the first place. Lower the price, add more rolls to the pack, or give me the option to choose wavy tear with fewer rolls or non wavy tear with more rolls please!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] well its hard to review a toilet paper but i have to say i would recommend the new charmin. its definately stronger yet it is also soft. when you take it out of the package you can see the difference as its thicker and softer so i could already see and feel the difference.its also quite affordable to fit your budget.i will keep using charmin and would recommend it and told others as well to spread the word
