You should be able to use a little less than you would with other brands. The only negative that I noticed was that for a product that claims to be a double roll, this product seems a bit small.

With Charmin Ultra Strong there is now wondering anything, the tissue is tough so it gets the job done without the painful side effects. Much appreciated. The inly gripe I might have is that there aren't as many sheets on the roll as some other tissue. However, I am willing to sacrifice that for the toughness of Ultra Strong.

It's strong for toilet paper, but that also makes it kinda rough on my bum. It cleans well enough for toilet paper, and absorbs water very well, as it's thick. It's toilet paper. It's thick. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I opened the package, I noticed that these toilet paper rolls were much smaller and thicker than most brands of toilet paper I already buy. I thought they would run out really quickly and that the rough and thick texture would be bothersome. Boy, was I wrong. These rolls have lasted super long. Every time I went to the bathroom, my mind was blown when I realized that the same roll I started with a week ago was still full. There's a reason they lasted so long - they are rough and thick. While normally I would use two sheets of toilet paper, for Charmin® Ultra Strong I only used one. Overall, Charmin® Ultra Strong toilet paper has been a great addition to my household and I recommend it to everyone.

Because of its composition, you need less to keep yourself clean. It lasts longer, is softer and more absorbent than Amy other. charming ultra is the only product in my home. I love it!

We've been Charmin users for as long as I can remember. I never thought I would have to try something else. But, now that you've decided to cheapen it up and make the rolls narrow and not as soft, I'm going to have to make a change:-( I would've paid more...instead, you've ruined your product and lost a customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has used Charmin and other products, so when I was invited to the campaign I thought I knew what to expect, what I got was a little different. The Ultra Strong brand is different and not necessarily in a bad way. My family and I did expect it to be a bit softer, and it was definitely stronger, so the trade - off was ok for us. It certainly is not tough, but it is not as soft as in the past. The best part of it being stronger is the fact that we use less. It raises the value as we are not constantly grabbing for more toilet paper. Less does more. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I have always been a charmin lover, I was excited to try this new product. I ended up using it for several things not just its usual usage. I own an 11 year old dog with allergies. She happens to sneeze a lot. Well several times I ended up using Charmin to clean up her nose and the floor. I can safely say this; Charmin Ultra Strong is as strong as paper towel but soft enough to be toilet paper.

Ultra Strong is stronger and thicker than it needs to be. Also seems stiff, somewhere close to a heavy paper than a bathroom tissue, although the paper would not be as comfortable.(which was decent by the way.

The answer to both questions is yes! It did not fall apart when wet. It did not scratch delicate parts when used. The reason I am giving a 4 star rating, and not a 5, is because a roll lasted only 2 days with 2 people using it. More sheets, please!
