[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family uses Charmin Ultra Soft and decided to try Ultra Strong because of this campaign. Ultra Soft is awesome, but Ultra Strong is not very soft and the roll is not as wide. I would not buy this product.

I grew up with the Charmin name; and we had (until several years ago) been using Charmin Ultra Soft within my own family. However, once we discovered Charmin Ultra Strong, the search was OVER! In my own humble opinion, there is no other bathroom tissue quite like Charmin Ultra Strong. It lives up to its name and then some. 1) The strength is evident in the process. The required number of TP tissues is significantly lower than that of any brand we have tried. 2) The texture is as appealing as that of Charmin Ultra Soft, while significantly improving on "quality of duty" so-to-speak! 3) The durability is matched by none on the market today. The cleanliness of process without residue of the product being left "behind" (pun intended) is excellent! With being a superior product as detailed above, the ultimate payoff from Charmin Ultra Strong comes in the form of money savings: that is, less product used per "session" turns into money saved at the store! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever wipe your butt with sand paper? Me neither. But I've had some pretty discomforting Toilet Papers in my day. Those terrible, 1 ply rolls in public bathrooms? Yep. How about the cheap bulk packs that fall apart as soon as they touch your hand? Had them too. My favorite (not) is the RV safe rolls. Leaves you feeling worse than before you went in there! Now, with Charmin, I know what I'm getting. You look at the package and know that you're getting a quality product. Not only is it a nice soft ply, but its as strong as an ox also. The strength and comfort allow me to use less each time, therefore extending the life of the roll and leaving me clean and happy. No irritation, discomfort, and keeping it easy. A four pack has lasted me three times as long as a six pack of the cheap store brand ever did. No need to ever by "cheap" again! Don't believe me? Try it yourself. You wont be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a little odd to review toilet paper but, you do what you have to do. I have used Charmin before, for a long time. Recently however we had a coupon in a cheaper brand and made a switch. It was right about the time the Charmin came. I was able to get a real back-to-back comparison! My love of the brand was strengthened once again! If you ever laugh at buying good TP, do no longer. This is the stuff :)

I understand that costs have increased in all manufacturing situations but decreasing the width of your toilet paper roll is ridiculous. I would rather pay more than to be "tricked" into purchasing this decreased size. The rolls now fall out of one of my dispensers and I have to place the tissue on the vanity...not pretty or convenient. Needless to say, I will be searching for another product that will fill my needs. I am highly disappointed since I have been a loyal Charmin customer for many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I received a four pack of this courtesy of Charmin (Thanks Charmin!) Our household uses Charmin Ultra Soft already so we are very familiar with the Charmin name and quality. We have been happy with their product and the Charmin Ultra Strong is no exception. It held up against all sorts of torture in our bathroom - general bathroom happenings, sickness, wiping the sink out quick, blowing of noses, picking up messes from the dogs, and pretty much anything else. While I still enjoy the fluffy softness against my tush of the Ultra Soft, I will definitely consider keeping an Ultra Strong around for those butt hurt flu moments we all get once and a while. It held up much better against those for sure (no ripping or tearing.) To anyone looks for a strong, quality toilet paper, Charmin is the way to go!

I was used to using the store brand due to costs however, the costs were actually more when using the store brand or other lower quality tissues that with Charmin. Charming allows you to use less tissue and still get the clean that you are looking for. Using less tissue actually allows you to see the savings right away. Yes, Charmin costs a bit more however, in the long run, you are actually using less and getting the satisfaction that you are looking for. This is the ultimate toilet tissue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have been around the block to say when it comes to bathroom paper. i can say with out a doubt this is the best and most economical of all the brands i have tried and have passed that wisdom onto all my family so now we are a family who only uses charmin tissue.

When I was a broke college student, I used to have to buy the cheapest toilet paper. We are talking 1/2 ply sandpaper that would disintegrate if you looked at it the wrong way. I recall once I bought some plywood-feeling, butt-massacring razor paper that had some kind of black dots in it. I'm pretty sure they were actual knot holes. Well, I am older now and money is better and I can buy whatever toilet paper I want. I always choose Charmin Ultra Strong. I even made a special toilet paper holder just for this particular size roll! No joke! When I'm at the store shopping for toilet paper (which is pretty often because my fiancé likes spicy food), I am bombarded with choices. Do I save a few bucks and buy the Angel Soft? Do I save a lot of money and buy the recycled no-name stuff and as I scrape the skin off my tender parts wonder to myself "recycled from what?" No. I grab that industrial size pack of Charmin and shove it under my cart knowing that every bathroom visit will be like cashmere kisses on my tender bits. I'm not just saying this, either. I REALLY DO only buy Charmin! After years of suffering through toilet paper that should be on a belt sander and not a roll, I deserve the best and I get it with Charmin!
