[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fortunate to receive a free 4 pack of Charmin Ultra Strong for my family and I to try out. We have tried it, and our collective verdict is: The product is good, super strong, but maybe it's too strong making the use of the product uncomfortable. My personal experience with the product led me to compare it to paper towels - which is better than leaves in the woods, but not something that I was overly pleased with. As far as the "use less" claim, I can't say that I did. I have a favorable opinion of the Charmin brand, mostly held over from the good ole days when Mr. Whipple pleaded with America to Please Don't Squeeze the Charmin (great advertising). If the advertising folks read this, pleaes count me as having a negative reaction to the cartoon bears and the "enjoy the go" tagline. For what it's worth, the current advertising makes me less likely to purchase the brand. In closing, thank you for the free sample but we'll be purchasing Charmin Ultra Soft or a similiar product going forward. The product was "ultra strong" as advertised - I'll give you that - but for our needs, we don't need it that strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having moved out into the world on my own, and no long having the luxury of using my parents TP, I turned to the cheapest, store brand paper around. Toilet paper is toilet paper, right? Wrong! Charmin Ultra Strong is comprised of many layers and are not only soft, but strong as well, and Less is definitely More. I find myself using about a third of what I would normally use from the store brand, which means I don't have to buy TP as often. Overall, I will be sticking with Charmin for my next purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So received the new charmin bathroom tissue. The first thing was how it felt. The sheets felt thick and a little rough. Now it definitely was stronger then other bathroom tissue that is usually easy to tear, but there was no softness to the tissue. The kids want the Northern quilted tissue back.

It is soft and strong and gets you clean without ever ripping. I never really thought about TP quality but now I will never switch back to lower quality brands.

It's comfortable, and I don't find that I or my family went through things very quickly, so in the end, I'd say things were satisfactory. Charmin is a trusted brand to me, and I would definitely consider buying again over other name brands. Though my expectations for toilet paper are not necessarily high, the Ultra Strong Charmin toilet paper did not disappoint and held up to its name and its claim.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a guy, my roommate is a girl. I didn't care much about toilet paper but she complains about the toilet paper I bought. However, since I had an HUGE stockpile of cheap stuff from Sam's Club it didn't make sense to go out and by anything diferent until the stock was depleated. Imagine her delight when I showed her the four free rolls of Charmin Ultra Strong! The softeness is the first thing you notice. It feels unimaginably pillowy. And the strength is incredible. I trim my beard and mustache over the sink and constantly use toilet paper to clean up. The cheap stuff disinegrates on contact with the wet sink so I have to use a large wad. The Charmin is built to last and truly is Ultra Strong. In summary, its soft, its tough, and because you use less, it is inexpensive. Thumbs up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing I'd want to know before getting this product is if it's so thick that it would clog my toilet. The answer is no -- but my main reason for trying this product was because my kids kept complaining about our toilet paper not holding up it's end of the deal and them dropping endless amounts of the stuff into the toilet and clogging it up because it kept falling apart. So when I found this Charmin Ultra Strong -- it not only held up it's end of the deal, but the kids used less and no clogs so far!

It was popular in our home as it was used up first even though a couple rolls were hidden away. The family commented on the quality and asked for more, not wanting to use the normal stuff we have and regularly use. Will look into buying more often for our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seriously CHARMIN® ULTRA STRONG, is the best toilet paper I have used in a very long time. Charmin's double roll, is much bigger than most. With a family of five, that's a huge plus in our home. Its also so soft, it's like a luxury when using it. I love this product. I would defiantly recommend this product. I am proud to say this, my family will be making the switch.

I was told not to use this type of toilet paper because it would ruined your septic, but this product is septic safe. I am very glad that I got a chance to try this as part of the Buzzagent program. I don't know what I have been waiting for. This toilet paper does the job and does it very comfortable. Other toilet paper that is cost effective and safe for the septic are not comfortable on the body parts. My daughter even found it enjoyable to her nose while she had her cold. I am so glad that I shared this discovery with my customers at the restaurant I waitress at. I have change to the Charmin instead of the Scotts.
