[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with the rolls! I was always in the mentality all "good" rolls are gonna be the same, but boy was I wrong. They are super soft and thick at the same time. Less paper is needed as the durability is amazing. They rarely break and do a better job cleaning than many other big store brand name toilet paper I have bought. I even had to use them to clean the toilet seat and they did an awesome job. Not only would I recommend them, but also start using them!

This was always the ONLY toilet paper I’d ever purchased. It literally was the perfect mix of soft and durable. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to find it anywhere for nearly a year, then had to purchase Charmin Soft (which is horrible and dusty). Finally got my hands on a newly sized and priced pack of Charmin Ultra Strong and I am dismayed and disappointed to find it is completely different. The squares are smaller and the paper is thin, rough, and scratchy. It’s hardly different than awful store brand paper. Why did Charmin ruin a good thing? I guess this is my sign from the universe to quit mainstream brands and shop for something more eco friendly. I just can’t believe how bad it is and how fast it will run out because you have to use twice as much as you used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using fluffy, quilted tp for quite a while, using 5 sheets and still putting up with the tearing and "failures", I expected this new tough type to be like cardboard. To my surprise though, it's very soft, and so strong I can use half as many sheets. It's definitely my new "go" to paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I stopped using the fancy toilet papers of the world for a few reasons; It is more expensive and you go through rolls far faster than your typical Scott 1000 or generic, they tend to shred like a nice Parmesan over a good Italian meal, and the large rolls just don't fit in the average in-wall TP holder found in older homes. I was surprised to find that Charmin Ultra Strong really did eliminate the shredding issue common to most "luxury" toilet papers. It really is very strong without being harsh, and is still absorbent. The other issues stand though.. you do go through a roll faster (due to thickness if nothing else) and it is more expensive. In a perfect world, I'd like two TP holders in the bathroom.. one with the good old 1000 sheet single ply for everyday use, and Charmin Ultra strong on the other for when things get real. In conclusion, Charmin has made a great product that does what it says on the tin. However I will not likely be switching any time soon.

This is by far the best type & brand on the market! Here is an idea .... I posted on Face Book how I will use only this brand of tp for when I get really bad colds to blow my nose with. You wouldn't believe the feedback I got from my friends who do the exact same thing! Please make an Ultimate Cold Tissue out of this same paper, in the form of a paper hankie! No blow-thru's or raw noses will occur with this type of paper & most facial tissues hold perfume's in them which makes no since. Hubby thought I was nuts when I was walking around with a roll of your tp from a cold I caught 4 weeks ago; until he caught the same cold, then he understood why I use it! Please, Oh! Please! Do us all a favor & make a huge facial tissue out of this same paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In all transparency, I buy cheap toilet paper. With a family of four, we can go through a roll pretty fast, so we buy in bulk and we buy pretty basic stuff. Not to get too graphic, but I've built up a tolerance. It may not feel great, but it works. When the chance came up to try Charmin Ultra Strong, I went for it. It's been long enough since I've used "fancy" TP that I had become skeptical that there was even a difference. Right out of the package I could tell there was a BIG difference. Instead of a stiff feeling paper, the Charmin was soft and the roll had the classic Charmin squeeze that I remember seeing in the commercials when I was a kid. Again, without getting graphic, I noticed a world of difference when using it. I had to use less, so while there was less on the roll, it lasted longer than I expected it to. Will I buy it again? Maybe...I still need to be aware of cost, so I'll need to weigh cost of my previous brand and how long it lasts against the cost of Charmin and how long it lasts along but with the advantage of the added comfort. Sometimes you need to treat yourself...it's the little things in life that make it worth while.

My old toilet paper felt like cardboard compared to how soft the Charmin was! My fiance was definitely happy as well, which is always a good thing. I will definitely continue to buy Charmin when the Campaign is over and highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought when the Charmin came to my home I would be trying a new and better product when it comes to toilet paper. I found that initially to my fingers,it felt thicker but it did not feel as soft as I would have expected. Frankly it felt like soft paper towel. It was definitely strong as compared to other brands and it did break up rather quickly in the toilet. I found that the amount that was used was the same as with another brand that I use. While Charmin has been on the market for many many years and has good products this item falls short of my expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tissue! I've used ultra strong before, and I tend to switch between ultra strong and ultra soft. It's thick and sturdy, which is nice. The only warning I would give consumers, however is that if your plumbing is old, this stuff tends to plug up pipes more often than the thinner and more traditional toilet tissue.

It's soft, and it's durable. I like how I can use half as many squares and still get better results. After some persuasion, I allowed my wife to use some for herself. She also stated that is was very think and durable. I am going on a backpacking trip this weekend, and I am excited that I can confidently take half as much TP as usual but still have enough to get the job done. I would almost bet that if in a bind while in the wilderness, I can use one sheet of the Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper to serve as some kindling to start a fire. Win!
