[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is a sturdy toilet tissue. It offers protection and cleanliness. It is not as soft as Cottonelle. The price is a little more than I would pay for the quality. My biggest complaint about Charmin is in the advertising. I am turned off by the bears. I don't enjoy cartoon characters using toilet tissue. Showing bears with toilet tissue pieces clinging to their backsides is juvenile at best. Since Charmin does provide a clean experience, I would rather have people openly discussing it. Toilet tissue and bathroom habits are a fact of life and should be discussed openly as adults. Kids don't buy toilet tissue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the new Charmin Ultra Strong and it was very strong as advertised but other then that seemed to be not much different then most other quilted tp. I'm not a fan of quilted tp so perhaps I'm a little biased. It did definitely work well though did everything it was supposed to. I wouldn't buy again, but not because it wasn't any good but because it's not my product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While a thicker toilet paper is a good idea, there's such a thing as too thick. This toilet paper is as thick as paper towels. My toilet has clogged 3 times since we started using this. I realize that with a thicker toilet paper, the goal is to use less paper. But we use the same amount of paper each time out of habit. It would take a while to change that habit and start using less. Since we are happy with the thickness of our current toilet paper, I don't see the need to switch to this one and the problems associated with it. It is a great toilet paper but not worth the clogs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first saw this product, I thought to myself "How can this 'model' of toilet paper be any different than the others?". My curiosity got the best of me and I had to put it to the test. I normally purchase the wholesale warehouse brand toilet paper that is stronger then most I can find at the store, so I was anxious to give this one a try. After using the product the first time, I immediately noticed the softness as I held it. Each sheet was definitely firmer than what I was used to with the other brands. Without getting too personal, I usually fold the piece twice so that it provides the right amount of thickness, but I noticed that I only needed to fold the piece once with the Ultra Strong toilet paper. I never really put much thought into the type of toilet paper I was using until I came across the Charmin Ultra Strong brand. It's firm, yet soft and provides the durability needed. When it comes to the different types of toilet paper, the Charmin Ultra Strong is the Cadillac of them all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would tell all my friends to try Charmin Ultra Strong because it is the best thing to ever hit the market as far as toilet paper is concerned. You never have to worry if you have enough tissues because you always have enough no matter how much you use. I don't have to worry about my grand babies getting their bums clean when using Charmin Ultra Strong and in my mind that is the best compliment.

It was so soft and thick, I felt like I should make a bed out of it and sleep in it, or make it into a quilt. In all seriousness, though, If you are the type who likes this type of TP, you should get this. Personally, I prefer a thinner sheet only because the roll lasts longer which helps me save money (I'm very cheap). On the other hand, with thinner paper, you may need to double up and use more TP. You definitely don't have to worry about breakage. I did seem to go through the roll faster than normal. Overall, great product for the TP type of person. I'll stick to my cheap thin type for now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is nice and soft to the touch. It is very gentle on your skin when using Charmin as compared to other brands which can be rough to use. The sheets hold up in my hand. The are manufactured very well with good quality control. The roll has more sheets than many other brands, therefore you get more value for your money.

I have never been one to picky with toilet paper but then again i have never tried this type and I'm hooked . It's great feeling and not to soft to where it will break . The price is very reasonable. Great brand . More than I expected out of a toilet paper

Yes, Charmin, I did notice. I have been buying the 12 roll Ultra Strong Mega roll ever since it came out. Recently I noticed the rolls are 1/4" smaller than they used to be (used to be 4 1/4", now just 4"). This translates to a loss of 3/4 of a roll per 12 pack. I am very dissapointed that they have yet again shrunk the product in order to increase their profit margin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you've never been stuck somewhere when nature calls and felt like you had to wait until you're back home to use YOUR bathroom tissue, you probably shouldn't try this product. Because after you do, you will not want to use another type of bathroom tissue (especially the ones they provide in public bathrooms) again. I've been a long time user of this particular toilet paper even before this campaign, and wouldn't buy any other type of bathroom tissue. The typical problems with other types are that it falls apart (not strong enough) or it feels like you're using some texture between sandpaper and cardboard. The Charmin Ultra strong solves both of these issues as it is very strong and quite soft for the strength. It's also absorbent, and allows you to get cleaner even more quickly. Bottom line here is that I have used this product for years and will continue to use only this product in the future. Hands down the best I have tried out there and would even go out of my way to use this over other bathroom tissue!
