[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to try out Charmin Ultra and thought that the good folks at Charmin must have some super amazing toilet paper if they were sending it out to get folks to try it. While it is perfectly good, I can't say it was overly special. I would be happy to use it again but I don't know that I'd be rushing to get it over other brands.

It is very soft but yet durable at the same time. I never bought anything besides cottonelle, but sometimes change is good!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was not really into doing a review of toilet paper but thought it would be a good chance to review something that really is important to my every day life. I think this is one product for me that I dont normally make a conscious decision to try other brands but still end up complaining about the quality after use. I received my free sample 4-pack and unlike other campaigns I wasnt as jazzed as I normally am when I receive my Bzzagent package. I unboxed it and took a picture and then sat it on the back of the toilet. It sat there begging to be tried and reviewed as the current roll was depleted. Then it was time. I looked at the artwork on the package and the bears seem very cuddly and nice and welcoming. I earned my BS in marketing so I was trying to be critical of it but TP is just one of those products that you try to attach a mascot or image of something so nice and gentle on something that is just not desirable to discuss. I took out the first roll and right away noticed there was zero lint that exploded out of the package and it was extremely soft. It wasnt compacted on the roll so tight and firm that you just knew it was going to exfoliate an area that does not need exfoliating. Furthermore, I was impressed by the thickness of the sheets. I knew right away fingers were not going to puncture through easily and would be very absorbent. These qualities came to mind as what is really important when reviewing this product. I had never really considered being so objective to a product that I have really no interest in but can be so critical of. My family has now gone through all four rolls. My 8 year old twin boys even commented on the new toilet paper. I was a bit taken aback how they asked about the new toilet paper. They love it. I thought it was hilarious as they have never mentioned anything about it in the past. I was very pleased with it and did the job they claim. Im certain I/we will be purchasing this going forward. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this toilet paper. It is not a gimmick and not just another poor improvement just to get you to buy it. It does what it claims to do and does a great job at it.

I already purchase Charmin Basic and thought that was one of the best you could get. After trying Charmin Ultra Strong, I now know there is something better out there and easy on the pocket too. With the thickness of the Ultra Strong, I don't have to use as much, making the roll last longer. Now if I can just convince the kids the same! It is still soft so no sore noses for those common cold clean ups. I definitely plan on buying more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin ultra strong can't get any better. The roll is super soft and each sheet is like a cushion! You can't get any better than this brand of tp! It's super absorbing and you end up going a long way with just a couple sheets. Thanks charmin for making it a royal task!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't make a great stand-in for tissues, but it's not meant to I guess. Leading up to getting my Charmin package, I had actually been struggling with paper that was very nice and soft, but tore on contact, whether I was using 2 or 3 squares. I switched to folding from crumpling a few years ago, to make the experience less gross and to use less TP, so that's important to know. The Charmin not only doesn't tear, but it's strong enough that I almost never need 3 squares. This cuts down my daily usage by 3-5 squares. I don't think the Charmin is much more expensive by the square foot than my other brand, but it definitely does the job so much better that the cost difference is actually probably worth it! I wish I didn't have to think so much about TP. But until someone actually invents "the three seashells" (Demolition Man reference...anyone?) or water-based personal cleaning becomes inexpensive and socially accepted, it seems like this Charmin stuff is the way to go. For those wanting to know - I'm a 27 yo male on a reasonably-healthy American diet. [I also just checked - looks like I was using Charmin before! Time to switch from Ultra Soft to Ultra Strong!]

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally use generic, store brand bathroom tissue and that is what I'm used to. Charmin Ultra Strong was a departure from the norm and was very soft in delicate areas! I highly recommend this brand for those who find generic tissue to harsh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know that I can go back to any other tissue paper after using this roll of Charmin Ultra strong. This toilet paper is so soft and strong that I literally use it square by square, and I feel like I'll get as much use out of this roll as I normally do out of 3-4 rolls of even the most "luxury" of other brans of tissues. I would definitely recommend this tissue paper(maybe just for your own master bathroom though) ;)
