I purchased your product at Costcom, as I have done for years...I had NO IDEA that it was SMALLER ROLLS and a MUCH LESS SOFT SHEET than I am accustomed from the Charmin brand..It is totally unacceptable.....I will think very carefully about ever purchasing Charmin again, whichever product it might be....

Having relatively recently moved to the US (2010), I was surprised at the low quality toilet paper that I tried out. That was, until I tried Charmin. And I haven't been back. I regularly use Charmin Ultra Soft which is, as its name implies, incredibly soft and is my fiance's fave. But secretly, I prefer Ultra Strong, just like BzzAgent and Charmin kindly provided to me for this review. I find that while Ultra Soft is indeed more tissue soft than Ultra Strong and it might feel good on the places you need to use it, it also tears a little more easily, just like tissues might. Ultra Strong stays intact when you tear it off the roll, and I rarely end up with that dreaded half-torn sheet. It works otherwise, like you'd hope and expect, like great toilet paper. It folds. It scrunches. It layers. Whichever way you prefer to use TP, Ultra Strong delivers.

We are sorely disappointed to note that the only SIZES you now offer are Mega and Super Mega. We've be very happy with Charmin Ultra Strong for more than 15 years and have found the Double-Plus size is the largest roll that fits into vintage built-in roll holders. If other companies make a similar (double-plus) size we'll have to avoid Charmin!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years I have tried numerous rolls of toilet paper searching for just the right roll of toilet paper. One that didn't feel like sandpaper when you used it or make you use a 1/4 of a roll just so it wouldn't fall apart. Then one day I got picked to do a campaign for BZZagent for Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper. I admit being a little skeptical at first that this would be on a long list of other failed toilet papers but much to my delight I was wrong. The Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper was much softer than the other ones I tried and a lot stronger 3 or 4 sheets versus a quarter roll. I will diffidently continue to use this toilet paper and recommend it to others searching for a softer stronger toilet paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Charmin Ultra Strong was soft on my skin. I find that two ply toilet paper always flakes into pieces. The Charmin Ultra Strong was better than others I have tried, but it still flaked to pieces a little. I prefer a single ply which does not flake to pieces like the two ply. Note: This toilet paper was free and given to me with the expectation that I would review. The content of my review was in no way influenced by this understanding. The toilet paper speaks for itself and my review would have been worded just this way even if I'd gone out and bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TP is definitely strong. It holds up to its claim of holding up with less sheets. That being said, it's stiffness and smallness takes some getting used to. I guess there is some comfort in a big wad of tissue happening down there. Also, the commercials with the TP obsessed bears are sort of creepy.

Since using the Charmin Ultra Strong I have used less sheets on average with greater results. This will definitely be solution of choice for the future. I am fully recommending this.

Charmin is great for me because I've never had it leave any paper bits begin like other toilet paper I've used. I t also is soft so its great if tou need to blow your nose. I recommend charmin to everyone and ill continue to use Charminm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong TP lives up to it's name. It is durable and soft. You can get a lot of use out of 1 roll, as only a small amount is generally necessary at each use. The only down-side is that the TP can get overused if there are small children in the home. The kids are not used to limiting the amount of TP they use, so they are likely to waste and overuse the ultra strong.

If they would make the rolls as wide as they used to be I would give 5 stars. These rolls are not as wide as the old stuff. I don't know why they have stuff the customers by giving them less and charging more. I do like the fact that the extra strong doesn't tear as easily and it doesn't leave lint all over the toilet area.
