[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a family of 4, including 3 boys, we go through LOTS of toilet paper. Charmin Ultra Strong is thick, strong, and last longer than other toilet papers we have tried. We will be buying this in the future and would highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, I didn't expect much when I got my package of Charmin Ultra Strong to test. The bar was set pretty low. You see, I live in a rural area and have a septic system. Generally, in our experience using "septic safe" toilet papers they pretty much all have had the same characteristics - they are thin, don't hold up well and are rough. When I opened the Charmin, my first thought was that the roll was small compared to the other products we have used, and that it was going to be a short test. and, actually it was a short test - but for all of the right reasons. Charmin Ultra Strong was everything that "septic safe" wasn't. While the roll is smaller, you use much less at each sitting so it lasts a long time and the sheets are noticeably strong AND soft! Charmin Ultra Strong has significantly raised the bar for comfort and durability in toilet papers that are safe for use in all systems, but particularly in septics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is decent toilet paper. It is strong and comfortable, but the number of sheets per roll is disappointing. My usual brand is Kirkland and I find it a much better value than Charmin Ultra Strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin makes a very good product. We used less sheets, it was very durable and soft, and left less 'debris' behind after use. Only issue is the cost versus rate of consumption in our house. Great value if you don't use over one roll a day.

There is ample paper on each roll so I did not have to replace it as often as I usually do. While the price is higher than the store brand I normally use, I definitely think it is a better value: softer, stronger, lasts longer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We normally use Charmin Ultra soft and this gets the same job done. The paper isn't as soft and we can notice that on our bums, but that isn't what it is meant to be. This is a good product but we'll keep to what feels best on our skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a current user of Charmin Basic bathroom tissue, I was happy to try another Charmin product. While Charmin Ultra Strong is not as soft as either Charmin Ultra Soft or the previous Charmin red packaged tissue paper, it is much softer than many cheaper toilet tissue brands. I found Charmin Ultra Strong to be comparable in softness to Charmin Basic. When dry, Charmin Ultra Strong lives up to its name. Compared to the single ply Charmin Basic, Ultra takes more force to tear. However when wet, it breaks up easy and does not clog the toilet bowl. Where Charmin Ultra falters in in the size of the rolls. While each Charmin Basic double roll is 264 sheets, Charmin Ultra Strong is only 165 sheets. Even though the package says use up to 4x less, I found myself using the same amount as before, so the rolls ran out much quicker. While Charmin Ultra Strong is a fine product and lives up to the Charmin name, I am I going to stick with Charmin Basic as it meets my my overall needs for a toilet tissue at a price I can afford.

Just 6 months ago I was able to use 4 squares. The last 2 mega rolls I've purchased have been much thinner. I now have to use 7 squares to get the same affect as the 4 squares. I'm not very happy with this thinner formula. For what we as consumers pay for this product, you should go back to your original thicker product. I cannot at this time reccommend this product.
