Now with my eyes open to charmin ultra I can officially see why people spend extra money on tp. Soft, gentle and durable. Expensive but, wow. I can't believe I'm saying this but, it's worth it.

With a family of four, we can go through a roll pretty fast, so we buy in bulk and we buy pretty basic stuff. Not to get too graphic, but I've built up a tolerance. It may not feel great, but it works. When the chance came up to try Charmin Ultra Strong, I went for it. It's been long enough since I've used "fancy" TP that I had become skeptical that there was even a difference. Right out of the package I could tell there was a BIG difference. Instead of a stiff feeling paper, the Charmin was soft and the roll had the classic Charmin squeeze that I remember seeing in the commercials when I was a kid. Again, without getting graphic, I noticed a world of difference when using it. I had to use less, so while there was less on the roll, it lasted longer than I expected it to. Will I buy it again? Maybe...I still need to be aware of cost, so I'll need to weigh cost of my previous brand and how long it lasts against the cost of Charmin and how long it lasts along but with the advantage of the added comfort. Sometimes you need to treat yourself...it's the little things in life that make it worth while.

You don't have to worry about it easily tearing or flaking apart like other types! There is also plenty in the roll. One roll can last up to 3 days in my house with a family of 5! The price may seem a little much at times but boy does it last! Totally deserving of 5 stars!

Rather than resting on the "targets" of their product, they have made the strongest & softest even STRONGER and SOFTER. I don't know how they continue to improve what was already a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was usually an Angel SOft user, for 2 reasons. The price point and I thought the quality was decent. However, for your most intimate parts, I decided that I needed to step it up because I wanted something that was "Ultra Strong". Charmin Ultra Strong is still strong where I need it to be, but sensitive on the wallet. It especially comes in handy during cold season when we run out of tissue.

It feels like a premium toilet paper. I plan on continuing to buy this toilet paper once the campaign is over and I am definitely going to recommend it to my friends and family. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife usually gets us the Charmin Soft. I have found the strong to be just as it states STRONG. It doesn't break with use but is still comfortable to use. This is very important for us men folk as we have more friction to deal with in the rear area.

Not only is it soft and absorbent, but it does not require numerous pieces used at once. My son even came up to me and thanked me for the new toilet paper because it made him "feel cleaner"!
