The paper is actually as strong as they say; never yielding to even the worst situation. The two concerns I encounter with people tend to be comfort and cost. How can something this effective compare to other options when it comes to comfort, and does it cost more? Answering the latter first, it is not the cheapest paper available. That being said, when the cheap stuff is falling apart, and you find yourself using half a roll in one sitting as a result, you'll realize one strong sheet is worth more (and costs less) than many sheets of the cheap stuff. Second, regarding comfort, this paper is quite soft - despite its strength - though it isn't the ridiculous cloud-soft paper available elsewhere. Thoughts of comfort quickly vanish once you've got a mess to deal with. Unlike other "strong" paper, this one is plenty soft - striking a perfect balance. This is one product I am loyal to, was a loyal user of before the BzzCampaign, and will continue to use indefinitely.

It is very thick and the texture makes it extra absorbent. I like that I can use a lot less to clean up in the bathroom which saves me from having to change the toilet paper roll as often. I recommend this toilet paper to everyone.

The whole family enjoys this brands and believes it is superior to any other toilet paper out there. My kids always tell us to get the toilet paper with the bears. We only buy charmin because it is the best bang for the buck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally use TP from the warehouse club's brand. Before that it used to be an other brand which is noticeably thinner. This Charmin is slightly thicker than the warehouse brand and requires about one or two sheets less to clear out the unwanted stuff from its target location without the worry of TP failure which results in finger soiling. The thoroughness of the first pass is good to due to the texture of the Charmin. I would say the only problem I have is it does not seem too compatible with a the four-year old. She tends to take her customary number of sheets and maybe a couple extra and can clog my water-conserving toilet. The Charmin is great but the kid will simply use the warehouse stuff until she better understands it does not take a backhoe to move a bucket of dirt. If I did not have the little kid factor this would easily have a five star rating.

I've never disliked Charmin, and only buy other brands because I'd rather be disappointed in the toilet paper than be over budget. I love the Charmin Strong that we were given in the sample. But I will not buy it because of the price. I buy the Charmin Basic, and honestly I don't see much of a difference between the two except for the price. I love Charmin, but it's Charmin Basic for this family!

For me, this product was comfortable and durable and provided a better overall bathroom experience. I have tried almost all of the other name brand toilet papers before, buying indiscriminately based on special sales or whatever was closest. However, after using this toilet paper I can say with certainty that I will definitely be a future consumer of Charmin Ultra Strong. Compared to other bathroom tissues, Charmin Ultra Strong feels like a thicker, fuller, better manufactured bathroom tissue. The texture on the tissue is soft yet substantial and more comfortable than most papers. I would recommend Charmin Ultra Strong to friends, family, and anyone interested in a better bathroom experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In comparison with my typical toilet tissue, this is thicker, stronger and I use a lot less. Also it is noticeably more absorbent. However I find the material itself is rather rough, making it rather uncomfortable to use. If this product was softer, it would've rated higher and I would be more inclined to recommend it to others.

Our new addition is a teenage girl and they use toilet paper for everything, especially when applying and fixing makeup. I immediately noticed an increase in our toilet paper usage. However, I was a little disappointed with the lack of softness. I love that I knew it wouldn't break of fall apart when I was using it, but I could have done with a little more softness on the skin.
