I needed to buy this to replace my brother's 11-year-old iPad which he used exclusively to communicate because he has autism. It was still working perfectly a week or two ago when Apple said "For optimal user experience we are disabling this app." Suddenly, my brother didn't have a voice, and it would take 6-12 months to get another one through his support coordinator--if ever. I don't know what we would have done if we couldn't put the money together. He wouldn't have had a voice indefinitely. It appears that iPads can last forever, but Apple doesn't want them to.

My daughter asked for a pink iPad, after looked at the specs, and compared prices this iPad was a steal! Brand new, not refurbished!! Moves so fast, she has bought at least 5 cases to fit! If you're looking for a Christmas gift, buy now! They run out of stock pretty fast around the holidays!

Purchased this iPad for myself and love it. The screen is so big. I can watch my movies, play games, read, shop, and pay bills on it. I will definitely get great use out of it when home and when traveling. Well worth the price. Shipped pretty fast with no damages.

I'm disappointed. Everything is good about this iPad except…it's durability is awful. This is a completely unsupported section along the top by the forward facing camera that has no support behind it. Just empty space. If too much pressure is applied with just your fingers tips it will break and cave it immediately cracking your screen and leaving a hole. Now that the hole is there in just that one spot the whole durability of the screen is now weak and compromised. I would not expect Apple to make a product that had such a gap in between glass and the framework. I have AppleCare but it's ridiculous that I already have to pay out of pocket to have it fixed for a poorly designed piece of hardware that could have easily had this gap supported to avoid easy breaking from compression. I bought this in store. I doubt they will let me return it so I can apply the money I paid towards a newer Gen iPad. But I will ask.

Finally decided to upgrade from my old iPad Air 2 after several years. I was pretty excited about the iPad. It's a great tablet and best bang for your buck. If you're main use is Facetime and/or the front camera, you may end up disappointed like me. The new iPad has some beauty filter applied that you cannot turn off, or at least I haven't figured out how to yet. It is horrendously bad and blurs everything to the point that it looks like I don't have fingernails. It may be due to ipadOS 15 and could be fixed in the future, but currently this is the biggest downside I've experienced. You have been warned. I will probably return it and go back to the iPad Air 2 if it doesn't get fixed soon.

If you buy an iPad from Walmart online, look for a BIG well-padded delivery box. Mine spent two days on a shelf in my garage where an employee put it for safe-keeping while I frantically searched for it. I was looking for a much smaller box. As for the product, this iPad is absolutely perfect and the price was lower than you'll find anywhere. It WAS delivered exactly on time by FedEx. If you need a new iPad, I doubt that you will find a better one at a better price.

I'm just disappointed the iPad was left right at the gate instead of at the front door as normal packages would. The gate was wide open so they could have drove in to drop it off at the door. Leaving it at the gate was a risk of anyone pulling up to steal it since it was an expensive item. I have a long drive way so I'm not sure what the problem was. I'm leaving this review way after it arrived so I don't have any pictures, but I didn't realize I could explain my experience on here. I just hope for next time that this issue won't happen again.

I upgraded from my Gen 5 and this was in an acceptable price range. there are lots of off-brand smart pens available and the overall functionality is great. I only use my iPad for simple tasks (streaming, document work, some kids apps, reading) so it is very suitable for me.

iPad is Crap ! I have had 3 previous IPads and 3 iPhones ! Your iPad 9 has nothing as far as any updates ! The tablet powers up , but stops at updates! My old iPad 3 is at 17.1 IOS updates, the iPad 9 has zip ! And before you ask No I DID NOT RESET THIS PIECE OF CRAP ! I want a NEW IPAD 9 . And yes the seal on the box that in came in WAS NOT INTACT ! I have the protection plan and Thank God for that ! Please send a NEW UNSEALED IPAD9 Please !!!!!!

My new Ipad arrived and would not power on. I'm headed to Apple today to get help. Not happy.
