Picture of where item was left is not at my address and don’t know where they left it. On chat hold for 30 minutes and counting. I just want driver to pick it up wherever they left it and bring it to my house. Heck, I’d stand out at road and dance a jig so they could find me, or have them read road signs and mailbox number…

This iPad has a really nice look and is lighter than expected. Even with a case, it’s very lightweight and easy to carry around. I love the easy set up (less than 10 minutes) and think the screen/picture is amazing. I would highly recommend this item!

It is an older unit but offered just what I needed. The extra screen size versus a phone screen is helpful, while also providing similar portability to a cell phone. It can also function for work or personal use cases. The security provided by biometric touch ID is also a feature I appreciate.

Nice iPad.. I really needed to up grade from my old one that was 16gb I had it for a very long time. This one is okay. Not sure if new it seemed like it was used. The iPad doesn’t ring when you FaceTime.. but it’s okay.. it works for what I need it for work and zoom meeting

Was able to get this for arounf $250 during a sale. While it isnt the best or latest iPad in town, it does generally get the job done. Bought this one for my mom to watch videos in, play games, and do video calls, and for these missions it works without a hitch.

I am very disappointed in my purchase since it looks great but I can't get it to sync with my other iPhone which is brand new so it should work but it doesn't and I don't know who to talk to about it or if I should just send it back. Kind of at a loss. Probably shouldn't buy electronics via on line. Don't know who or how to contact to get help with this.

My new iPad replaced one that was older and was unable to handle some of the new updates and apps. The set-up on the new one was easy even for this senior citizen! The display is perfect and the alphabetical arrangement of my apps makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. The only drawback is that someone needs to sign for the delivery. I understand why but the FedEx website is difficult to navigate and impossible to change the delivery date or address. UPS is much easier to work with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apple products are temperamental. I couldn't remember my apple ID so now I have to wait until July 28th at approximately 6pm to reset my password. In the meantime I can't use the product. Apple needs to fix this issue. I'll probably be buying Samsung for my next divice purchase.

I upgraded from my Gen 5 and this was in an acceptable price range. there are lots of off-brand smart pens available and the overall functionality is great. I only use my iPad for simple tasks (streaming, document work, some kids apps, reading) so it is very suitable for me.
