Safari browser doesn't work.when I click a lot of websites, they show the screen, it says: you don't have permission to access this server; I need to access these server . I bought this for that.

My iPad look brand new and works perfect. Battery lasts pretty good. Knowing it was refurbished, I knew I wouldn't have the battery life of a brand new one. Would recommend it to anyone.

Quick shipping, thank you Sam's club. Bought this iPad for my son as Christmas gift. The iPad (it) look good. The screen color is good, clear and bright. The facetime, YouTube, etc. work well. we give it 4 stars, because sometime the iPad is little lagging and hot while my son playing ROBLOX with his friends, we need to run to local store and get a case for it.

Love the quality and ease of use. Got this for my toddler to use for games, movies, digital coloring, pictures, etc. It's an excellent device for so many different uses, and for all ages! I'll always use Apple Products!! They are made with quality and expertise, and if you use screen protectors and cases, they last even longer and stay in really great condition. Definitely recommend this iPad.

Better than I expected! The iPad display looks basically brand new and didn't have any problems right out of the box. The screen reacted just fine to touch and was very relatively quick to have everything set up! The camera quality is alright but I'm mainly more impressed at the fast arrival time.

I got this for my mom who just broke her iPad. Usually you want to get these for older folks who seldomly make the most of their iPads. I didn't want to deal with the second hand market (I usually have some bad luck with them or either they're always withholding certain information). For $300ish dollar, this does most of the same thing that iPad Air/Mini/Pros do. This is the bang for the buck.

Purchase for a Christmas gift for my son however the device functions like it's going to work great. Won't load a single app free or purchases. Tried multiple accounts won't load anything. Need to return but loosing out on the deal which is a bummer. I hate false excitement, he was so happy and we are just out the item.

First Apple branded product I've purchased. Build quality seems decent. Like most things Apple, I wouldn't have even considered it if the price hadn't been deeply discounted. Good battery life. Charges rapidly. Quality display. Touch screen seems a bit wonky already...

Couldn't afford the newer ones but I don't feel like I'm missing out on much! I wish it had facial recognition and a flashlight but it's ok, my iPhone does! The battery is great, display is so much more customizable than ever with the new OS. Runs like a dream!

I have no complaints at all!! I purchased two of these and they are working out great. They are super fast! I use mine as a “computer” and kindle. For the computer I bought a wireless keyboard and mouse it is an all in one for me! Everything connects beautifully. Would definitely purchase again!
