I haven’t really used an iPad in years and so the quality upgrade from maybe 2010 is something I’m really enjoying. I’m so excited to use it.

Wanted something simple for when I travel without having to bring my whole laptop with me. I am very satisfied with my purchase - Walmart got it shipped to me very quickly and the price was the best that I could find across multiple stores (Target, Best Buy, etc.).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been researching refurbished iPads. This Apple iPad refurbished was selling for $269. Walmart’s sale price for a brand new one was $249. This is a Christmas gift for someone. So I have not taken it out of the box. On this particular sale Walmart had extended the date to Jan 31, 2024.

The iPad works great and the CSR I chatted with for price check was excellent. He even gave me an extra $10 less than the competitor. My only issue with the purchase is shipping. Walmart, please stop using FedEx! They left the package in the middle of my carport. I almost ran it over because it was so small. The front porch is a closer drop off than the carport. This has happened on more than one occasion with a WM order. USPS and UPS take the time to place it in a safe place.

high quality and slick design from Apple. I am in the iOS ecosystem anyway so would not venture out to android brand. Bought this at Walmart because of incidental sale and saved $30. Did not give 5 stars because other accessories (cover, pen etc...) from Apple are too pricy.

The 9th Gen iPad is probably one of the nicest piece of tech I've ever purchased. Incredibly useful as a professional musician / educator. It's fast, great looking screen, has a headphone output, bluetooth and wifi. Apps like Garageband and others are just amazing. Highly recommended.

The product was purchased as a gift so it has yet to be opened and used. The sale price helped me to decide to buy the product that I did.

Picture of where item was left is not at my address and don’t know where they left it. On chat hold for 30 minutes and counting. I just want driver to pick it up wherever they left it and bring it to my house. Heck, I’d stand out at road and dance a jig so they could find me, or have them read road signs and mailbox number…

I like how fast they got here everything was in the box. It was charged no problem. My problem is that the Wi-Fi sucks. It’s not my routers. Nothing to do with my home Wi-Fi. It’s like the connection to the device. It’s terrible every 10 minutes. It’s trying to reconnect again nothing to do with my stuff because I have other stuff on it and none of that does it. I tried to get a new one. They wouldn’t let me

iPad is Crap ! I have had 3 previous IPads and 3 iPhones ! Your iPad 9 has nothing as far as any updates ! The tablet powers up , but stops at updates! My old iPad 3 is at 17.1 IOS updates, the iPad 9 has zip ! And before you ask No I DID NOT RESET THIS PIECE OF CRAP ! I want a NEW IPAD 9 . And yes the seal on the box that in came in WAS NOT INTACT ! I have the protection plan and Thank God for that ! Please send a NEW UNSEALED IPAD9 Please !!!!!!
