Never been disappointed in Sam’s furniture before this purchase. This couch has hard foam cushions, Velcro on the top of the back of the couch that crinkles and rough fabric material. Returning this couch- not Sam’s quality at all!

I just only got this, but I love it. It is very firm, but I love that. It looks so good. It works well in awkward spaces. it seems to be a high quality piece. No regrets.

It was a bit difficult to put together but once I got some help I was able to. It was my first time to put these together, so I learned something new,

The only reason i'm giving it a 1 star is the color. The charcoal color from the picture is misleading. I wished I could of stuck with the grey. The charcoal doesn't match anything in my living room. odd color.

Got this delivered almost after a month and after assembling the most of it, we found the left arm-rest completely out of shape and torn fabric. Such a waste of time and money

Great sofa for the price. Wish it was a little a little softer and not to rigid. But overall for the price its a good product. Easy to assemble and great instructions. Carrier needed to be more careful transporting it though.

The Hamilton reversible storage sectional with pullout bed very comfortable and soft. It is also good for taking a nap and having friends and family members over to stay the night and good to storage things. Like your personal belongings and for art supplies.

The couch upon viewing is a great size for a bonus room, guest room, or an office! The ability to for the couch to turn into a full size sleeping and storage is a huge plus, especially when having guest visit! I love the dark charcoal color, which the fabric seems very easy to clean! The cushions have velcro attached to the back, so they stay in place, but are also removable, which is great! The only thing I don't love are the cushions are very firm, which may help with longevity, but it not as comfortable as other seatings!

This little sectional is sleek and cozy! Would be the perfect addition to a game room or office. The material looks stain resistant and I'd guess that it would hold up well to kids and pets. I love that the pullout bed is so easy to pull out. This couch is comfortable and would be an excellent choice for a spare bedroom!

What a fun and functional piece! This is a wonderful sofa for any small space. It gives versatile ample seating. The option to easily turn it into a full size bed is wonderful and with storage space for blankets and pillow, it can turn a small space into a very comfortable multifunctional room!
