Horrible

I purchased this couch on sale for $499 on Black Friday. My fabric has a rip. The hinge that connects to the pull out is bent so it won’t even slide out on the track or lift up all the way. It has a horrible smell to it. I had high hopes for this couch based off of reviews and was extremely disappointed when it was put together. If you are looking for a soft couch, look elsewhere. It’s uncomfortable to even sit on, I couldn’t imagine in a million years ever sleeping on this.

Wonderful

Sofa is exactly what we needed for our den. It looks great! The storage is perfect for all the linens needed when sofa is expanded to a sofabed. I put down a thick mattress pad & a double size sleeping bag & we have a very quick guest bed. Plus Sam's price was well under other businesses for the same sofa. Very happy with our purchase chase.

couch has become very uncomfortable to sit on after 6 months. Fabric started pilling after a month.

Don't waste your money.

This couch is very uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price you're paying.

Pullout bed keeps falling of rails

The sofa is good but has some issues. The assembly instructions are not good. when you open the pullout bed, it keeps coming off the rails.
