Horrible

I purchased this couch on sale for $499 on Black Friday. My fabric has a rip. The hinge that connects to the pull out is bent so it won’t even slide out on the track or lift up all the way. It has a horrible smell to it. I had high hopes for this couch based off of reviews and was extremely disappointed when it was put together. If you are looking for a soft couch, look elsewhere. It’s uncomfortable to even sit on, I couldn’t imagine in a million years ever sleeping on this.

This couch will be the death of me

Arrived in good condition which is nice. The couch is a lot firmer than expected but again, totally fine. The problem is the installation. The arms are near impossible to put on. I got one side on but nothing else! The brackets just won't line up. Frustrated beyond belief!

The size of the couch is made for a tiny room and not what it appears like in pictures. Honestly it should be $300.00.
