Very nice

Arrived by FedEx in ripped, beat up boxes, but there was no damage to contents. The sofa box was really heavy, the chaise box not so much. My two nephews put this sofa together in a half hour! I had worried about many reviews saying how difficult it was, but you really have to read the instructions carefully, then it’s a breeze. The sofa is quite firm. It sits well and looks great. The navy blue is a great color with white walls. I don’t think this is a high use sofa - I wouldn’t have it as the main couch in the living room, but it is perfect for a guest room.

We bought this for an apartment that we have in a different state for our grandkids to sleep on when they come over. It was very heavy to move and a little challenging to put together because of the weight. The size fits very well in the apartment. It is firm to sit on and I want to get some pillows to put behind our backs to make it more comfortable. The grandkids loved sleeping on it. My husband and I like to pull out the bed to watch TV. The only complaint that I have is that I don't like the color and would like to order another one in Navy but they are out of stock and I don't know how long or if they are going to be back in stock.

We considered moving our ridiculously heavy 1970s hide-a-bed from storage down to our basement family room to have an extra place for guests to sleep, but then luckily stumbled upon this. After reading a few reviews (some people are just angry at the world) and watching the assembly video, we decided to give it a try. Besides, we thought, if we aren't completely satisfied, we can just schlep it back to Sam's for a refund. The sofa arrived in two boxes about two weeks later, and as soon as we began unpacking it, we could tell the upholstery quality was excellent. So far, so good. We attached the little legs and decided which configuration would be most suitable -- chaise on the right and bed on the left. I admit that attaching the sections together was a bit more awkward than the video suggested, but that's probably because we were trying to rush a little. Overall the end result was quite satisfying, and our kids love it! As a family that prefers to buy pre-owned furniture simply because of the expense, we agree that this is a good value. At least at this point we think we'll most likely keep it, but time will surely tell.

I bought this in April and the material is already wearing thin. The pull out doesn’t stay in the track.

Bought this, and was very disappointed. The depth of the couch is very narrow and it is very very firm, very uncomfortable to sit on.

The metal part of the pull our couch broke. It wasn't easy to put the parts together, so we were looking forward to enjoying it.

This is actually very nice. I love how they pull out into a full size bed. So easy and simple to put together.

Too small for us to sit and looks awkward. We didn't open the second box. If used as a bed only looks ok.
