Very firm and comfortable. It is easy to adapt to the pullout bed setting. The heather grey is beautiful and feels nice too. It seems like it would be easy to clean.

I love the simplistic look of this couch. It doesn't take up too much space, but it also offers a lot of storage inside. I also like how it can convert to a pull out bed.

the storage element of this product really sends it over the top. great for storing blankets and pillow or kids toys. this would be a great addition for any family.

this is a decent sectional, pullout bed. it can fit 3 people normally. the color is a little dark and is hard to match with other furniture. it would be a great addition to small apartments or dorms.

Not bad bottom for $ 799 delivered could be a little deeper on seating area. also then sams advertise a different one that almost looks identical for $699 go figure

I haven’t used it for a fold out couch yet so my rating may or may my go up. But the only comfortable seat is the chaise. It seems the back cushion is so puffy you don’t have much room to sit.

The cushions are soft but firm. It is comfortable to sit on for a sofa bed. Easy to convert to a bed just by pulling the front loops. The entire chaise has a huge storage area underneath.

I would use this in a family/kids room. It is very sturdy. It's versatile with the pullout bed. The storage is a plus. It's very nice for the price range.

This couch would be great for a small space or apartment. The fabric seems durable and sits comfortably. The pull out bed mechanism works well and would be great for extra bedding space.

This compact and stylish sectional provides a comfortable place to sit and to sleep! It is a great example of solid craftsmanship and thoughtful design. It's a perfect choice for a guest room or a den. Highly recommended!
