This product is over all good as far as the Jam goes but the description is not. The description says 64 oz., 2 pk. the jars are 32 oz., 2 pk. The description is not right!

The last 4 jars of this have been a great disappointment. There wasn’t anything in there but a few seeds. I think Smucker’s is going the way of a lot of other producers. More profit, less quality. I will not buy this again.

Taste good, price great... But... Unfortunately they use corn syrup and either worst High fructose corn syrup... Those two makes we should avoid this product and keep looking for another.. maybe one we some labeled as Members Mark and with for example, cane sugar...

I've always used this jam for Christmas cookies and have never been disappointed. So I grabbed a jar to use for my Halloween cookies. When I opened the jar, it was BROWN, not one speck of red (it didn't look that discolored in the jar). In one tablespoon it had 2 large clumps of strawberries, so I can't complain about no fruit...just the color. Very disappointed in the jam since it was late, so I ended up having to improvise on my cookies.

I've always bought Smuckers strawberry preserves but the last 3 jars I had to toss because it had a metallic taste. I tried several times to eat it but the metallic taste was too prominent. I don't know if you've found a way to make it cheaper or what the problem is but it's ruining your preserves. I've recently tried some cheaper versions and of course they had the metallic taste also. So I can only assume you're making it cheaper but selling it for more. Disappointing... Strawberry preserves are the only type of preserves or jelly I like but I can't get past the taste of metal.

I have eaten Strawberry Jam every morning on toast for so many years its hard to say exactly how long loved it. Over the last year I have really notice a change in that there are no longer strawberries, it has become a flavor spread, I hoped it was a mistake and one still buy until I realized it wasn't mistake it was changed, and that was the last jar and didn't finish it due it no longer was fruit but colored sugar jell. So sad!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jam is so so good and full of strawberry flavor. I used it on toast and a pb and j and it did not disappoint. My daughter was nervous to try it and then fell in love with this. This will be a staple in our house. Goodbye grape jelly and hello strawberry jam!

I like the taste of Jams and jelly’s but I dislike the fact that you hide the information on your labels and lids that the product needs refrigerated after opening it . It would also help if the refrigerate after opening was in broader print on the label!

I wanted to write a full in-depth review, then realized it would be a total waste of time. Smuckers, like most corporations these days, seem more interested in MONEY instead of quality in their products. Sad, but a pound of strawberry seeds + corn syrup and food coloring will bring in the dollars, then that's the pathway Smuckers will travel. I only found a HALF of one strawberry in my large jar of jam...very disappointing. Where 2 years ago the jam was alive with the flavor of strawberries, these past two years it's just sweet and bland. I was forced to find another supplier for my daily fix of strawberry jam. I'll keep my money, you can keep your jam.

Smackers has been in my cupboard for many years, but no more. When l opened a new jar l figured it was just mislabeled, but after opening the second one and finding the same thing l knew it was time to say “goodbye smuckers, hello new JAM”. If l wanted jelly or preserves l would have purchased them, I wanted the same quality product l always bought, l know per other reviews you said nothing’s changed, but that many people can’t be wrong.
