I ordered my Snowjoe based on having used my neighbor's when we had a foot of snow a month ago. By the time he was done with it and I was able to borrow it the snow had been on the ground for a day and had started to compact. Despite this, and despite the fact that the snow was considerably deeper than the claimed capacity, Snowjoe managed the job well. It was hard work because I had to make a first pass up a fairly steep drive but still a lot easier than shoveling. Once I had cleared an initial swath and was able to go downhill it became much easier. I have not used my own Snowjoe -- and nature willing it will be a long time before I do -- but I fully expect it will work just as well as my neighbor's.

I'm a 62 year old widow that lives with my mom because I take of her and look after the house. We have a great neighbor that plows our driveway when it snows, but I still have to clean around the cars at the top and clear the concrete porch that runs the length of the house. After shoveling out of our first snow this year, I decided that I'm getting too old for this and I ordered the Snow Joe. It was very easy to assemble and after exchanging the original extension cord that I bought (rated amperage was too low), I couldn't wait for the snow to fly again. We got a 4-inch snowfall, which, once the wind on this hill factors in, translates to drifts over a foot high. The Snow Joe cleared everything easily! On the higher drifts, I just “wheelied” the front up and sort of shaved them down from the top. I got everything cleared in about half an hour that would have taken me 2-3 hours to do with a shovel before. Can't recommend enough!

I first bought an electric lawn mower then a snow blower. Just recently i bought a 3 in 1 water. light and Ph meter because their products are excellent. Have the snow blower and lawn mower for 2 years and no problem. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCTS.

Purchased this during our winter of 2016/2017, through AAFES. It arrived in time to use it most of the snow season which was one of the worse we've had in a long time. I was totally amazed at how well it worked. If I had burned out the 13 amp motor I wouldn't have been surprised as I really made it do things I'm sue it wasn't designed to do. Last winter I only used it a few times as the winter was mild. I also bought one for my finance's son in Massachusetts and he has been putting his to the test also. But this past weekend we got hit really hard and I've been putting it through even harder plowing and it just keeps on going. I've even been using it for some charity work, helping others. It might not be big and super powerful, but it's certainly help save my back. I'm just hoping it keeps going for this winter as I clear my driveway and those of some senior citizens on a budget. This blower gives me good faith in this company.

Great Value plenty of power but don't forget you will need a 50 ft power cord forget about dead batteries and starting your snow blower just plug-in go it will do one foot of fresh snow easy even more but don't wait just six inches at a time it can't do ice

Works great. My biggest complaint is the discharge shoot won't stay on. I have to stop at least 1 time by pass. I'll wait until it dries then I'll try to super glue it on. Other than that, I highly recommend it. My driveway is about 50' long and 2 cars wide. Cleared it in about 10-15 minutes. Would've been quicker if I didn't have to keep replacing the discharge shoot.

I bought this snow blower to clear snow from my expansive deck . ( 80 x10 feet) I live in snow country and snow accumulations have damaged my deck in previous years. I have a large gas snowblower to do my driveway etc. But it is to heavy to lift up the 5 steps to my deck level. I was asked when I first bought the snowblower ( 3 months ago) to write a review. I am one of those people who hate reviewers who have just opened the box or have used the product once. This is a serious review . Number of times used, 8 . Depth of snow removed , 5 inches to 12 inches at a time . The only challenge for the sno joe was a 10 inch fall of wet snow . I did not expect results and had to carry my gas blower up to get results ( and it struggled) . Bottom line .....great product and highly recommended.

Dislike this product as it only has one screw to hold the blower in place it twists on and then one screw but every time we snowplow the top pops off and u have to stop what your doing to unscrew it brush it out and retest and screw it back on. Not worth the money.

Used it last year for 3 snow storms worked great[2021]. Used it today[1/29/22 Big snowstorm 12 in storm here NYC. Did my work in 45 min.The biggest problem is the cord,it might slow you down a bit but otherwise it was well worth the money. Should have bought it years ago.

I haven't had a good chance to use it,but it did a good job making a walking path through a pile of snow and ice. I loved that I didn't have to shovel through it. It did a great job. I'm really glad I bought it. It saved my back from the shovel method, and much,much faster.
