Terrible snow blower

Bought this over a year ago and just now got to use it. The machine works, but has it's issues. It is a button and handle start, the handle is way too sensitive and constantly turns off when adjusting your hand or trying to move the machine. The shoot only points towards the left, I cannot figure out how to get it to point directly forward or to the right.

I brought this unit last December and due to limited snow fall was unable to use it. Pulled it out to charge the batteries before the winter storm hit, and one of the batteries won't charge. Contacted Snow Joes customer service since the battery come with a two-year warranty, they have no batteries in stock and there is nothing else they can do for me. Now I am stuck with a $1,300 piece of trash. Contact Sam's to see if they could assist, they don't carry 21inch, model anymore. Now I am stuck with a $1,300 piece of junk that I never used. Now I see that Sam's is carrying the Snow Joe's this year for a much lower price than last year. Very upset.

This little guy performed flawlessly yesterday after Cincinnat's "Blizzard". I've had 2-cycle gas 22" snow blower for decades. Tired of the smoke and keeping gas on hand. Drive way fits 4 cars total. This little guy did a better job than than my gas powered unit. Definitely lightweight but only using it a few times a year. Yesterday I had 1-6" snow (it was 2F and blowing/drifting). It did great - had a good throw too of 10'+. Highly recommend. Assembly was simple, it's light so I assembled it on my kitchen countertop.

Bought this last year to clear snow off my deck. Didn't expect to much, however this blower is great. Throws the snow 20 + feet. Good buy and now I use to clear my driveway sometimes as well. I have recommended this product many times to other people.

This blower is wonderful! Just used it on our deck at Truckee on 3' of snow from the Blizzard of 2024. Just had to take the top off with a shovel, but 1/3 cuts on 15" depth worked fine although it was guaranteed for only 8" of snow. I agree with others that more than one screw would be nice for holding the spout permanently at a fixed angle. Although I imagine flexibility might be necessary to prevent clogging, which does not occur often even in wet snow. I got a heavy duty 12 Ga 15' extension cord which is fine for a deck with a spa. It took 1.5 hrs. to clear the deck--don't think the battery model could have done it. Moving the cord does not seem much of a problem.

this surprised me with how well it worked. cleared 6 inches of new snow easily. it moved as fast as i could push it and threw it at least ten feet. cleared cement driveway walkway and gravel driveway in about two hours. with 50 ft of 12 ga extension cord there was no loss of power.

Great for small jobs like sidewalks and patio home driveways.

This machine did a very good job in 7" s of snow.
