Very weak and chute flies up constantly except for where the ONE screw holds it on. Has no power to get through the snow. Maybe a really light dusting that would melt that next day anyway. Didn't work at all for me. Very disappointing

it was great cleared out 6 inches with snow with ease received it day before biggest snowfall of year cord kinda sucks but no maintenance very simple to put together very happy with purchase 10/10 definitely recommend.

I have only used it once on a fairly light amount of snow but it picked the snow up nicely. Although it wasn't too bad the worst part was putting the handle together. I still can't get one screw in that hold the shute onto the machine

Overall not a bad unit for the price. My biggest beef is with how they chose to attach the direction chute. I had to add three extra retaining screws to hold it in place since it kept becoming detached every time I plunged it into 6 inch deep snow.

Great product for the price and quality! I don't need a cordless model for my home so this powerful model is effective and well worth the price. I own a prior Snow Joe product and swear by their brand for durability, quality and price.

Works good, but the snow chute comes off as you are using for pushing through snow about one to inches. If you go slow it stays on as it is secured by one screw.

The Snow Joe SJ618E is very light and easy to move around. It finally snowed on December 11th and the Snow Joe made my driveway and walkway cleanup easy.

Broke after 2 uses….blower discharge chute came off during use multiple times, hit my neighbor's house when it came off luckily the window didn't break.

The pulley is defective on this model. under use the nut embedded in the plastic pulley spins will not allow the auger to spin. A replacement pulley has not been available for over two years. I ended up drilling and pinning the plastic to the pulley
