I did a lot of research and read all of the reviews. I really wanted to like this machine. It has very little suction even after checking the directions and troubleshooting tips. My couch is still very wet, even after going over it tons of times.

I can't anything picked up due to there being no suction power. I have followed the trouble shooting directions but nothing. I tried calling the company, but the calls are out-sourced; so I couldn't understand them. What a waste of money!
