the spot cleaner works great. works as expected. the electrical cord is fairly long and the hose with nozzle is able clean stains easily.

Better motor/ suction than non commercial model. Really let's you work in tight areas so you can get all the evidence up.

This cleaner works for me. The unit is lightweight while cleans well. My only wish is that the clean and dirty water containers could hold more more but then it wouldn't be so lightweight, right? Overall, a good performer.

Easy to put together and use. Very simple instructions and after cleaning was a breeze. There are so many videos about these that it makes cleaning upholstery with this product such a breeze.

Cleans great and has a long electric cord. Very well made but on the heavy side and the cleaning hose could be a little longer. Over all a great spot cleaner!

This little machine is so amazing. It even removes old stains the professional carpet cleaners couldn't get out. We have two puppies and white (soon to be replaced) carpet. This machine helps me keep my sanity. I use Bissell brand cleaning solution and sometimes pre-treat (pet) stains with Skout's Honor brand stain and odor remover.

I used my bissell as soon as it arrived on my sofas. It did a great job!
