Bought this for our guest room and are pleased with the purchase. Our guests enjoyed the comfort and the shipping was quick-earlier than the proposed date of the order.

We used our trailer for our own pick up. Box was easy to move into home. Mattress exactly what we wanted & hoped it would be. Used Sam's because of their mattress refund policy (just in case).....NO return from this buyer! Quality & Comfort.

My wife and I love this mattress. It’s super soft and a dream to sleep on. We had it shipped right to us and the packing was solid. This mattress is such a great value. I would recommend it to anyone.

Wanted to like for the price. Mattress was all gel foam and not enough structure for our needs. Returned. Return was easy and Sam's setup pickup at my convenience.

This mattress seems to be well made and is affordable. Our complaint is that they claim it is a medium firm mattress, and it absolutely is not! The first four inches of the thing are different types of foam, all on top of coils. You never actually feel the firmness of the coils. We are returning ours this week.

This mattress is way too soft. It deformed after just two months of use. Now it has a slope on one side. I contacted customer service thru chat and they said someone would reach out to me with in three days but no body reached out to me. I am long time Sams club customer. Used to spend thousands (which reduced by a lot when they started charging shipping for plus members). Very disappointed.

Oh My God. Words can’t describe how good of a mattress this is. I bought this for my house at school just looking for a cheap little mattress. I put my bed together. I was tired exhausted from doing all that handy Mandy and I laid my head on my pillow after I sink into that bed I don’t even remember falling asleep. It was a magical experience. Even better than laying on a cloud but we’ll see how long it lasts. I’ll keep you guys posted.

I set a reminder on my phone to review this after having it a year. I went from a traditional mattress + box spring on a simple frame to this hybrid mattress on a zinus smart base, so that was quite a change. I have now been sleeping on it for a little over a year. I was used to sleeping on a pretty firm mattress for most my life but found as I've aged that I was waking up with sore shoulders and hips. I'm a side sleeper. This is much softer than I had but I don't find that bad. You sink in a little bit but you don't have a you-shaped impression in the bed like I've experienced on a straight memory foam mattress. That being said, it's a little more effort to roll over in bed. One thing I was looking for and got in this mattress was less transfer of motion when my partner gets in or out of bed. The traditional mattress had quite a lot of movement that could be very disruptive. I debated for a long time between the hybrid and full memory foam with being unsure if the motion would be a lot better with the memory foam. I really wanted the extra support of the hybrid so I was pleased at lack of motion transfer. I am overall happy with this bed and would recommend to anyone that does need a bit softer on the pressure points.

We were looking for a plush hybrid mattress and came across this "medium firm" one. I read the reviews that it's actually soft so we decided to try it. My opinion is that this mattress is both. It has a very soft top layer with a very supportive foundation. It's perfect for us, both side and back sleepers. I feel that it's the perfect mattress if you're having trouble with pressure points at your hips and shoulders. I would've never considered this mattress with a medium firm description but thanks to the negative reviews I changed my mind.

All the reviews are promotional so don't trust it. This mattress smells horrible, strong and toxic. It smells throughout whole space and beyond. I left the doors and windows open all night to air out but the smell remains strong and concerning. As far as quality, I opened it up and it appears refurbished in some parts especially the springs. It's much more soft than advertised. It did open to 12' and the mattress cover appeared of good quality but even after washing it in hot water it's still smells toxic. Skip this one and go to a top brand mattress.
