This was a great replacement for the original controller. This is the genuine Microsoft brand controller. You can expect quality.

Disliked the fact that the controller has a volume limit on the audio jack. And the audio is barely hearable. Otherwise controller is great.

I ordered this and it was sent in the color blue and the box looked super beat up. The controller itself was all dusty like if it had been used.

We bought this for my son and he loves it he swears it is better than the original… the color, the feel and the control, perfect!
