This is not new. It's refurbished. Every Xbox controller I've bought has a clear, adhesive security seal. This was a piece of translucent tape. X button sticks.

I got this controller for my son for Christmas. He bounces and jumps around when he plays video games, and a wireless controller was exactly what he needed to be able to move around freely. Great product so far!

The controller feels fine and once I opened it I got this code. I tried putting in the code, but it says it was already redeemed. What was the point in giving me the code if it got redeemed once I got it?

The controller was priced good and came in a timely manner. You guys got some work to do to get to Amazon status as far as delivery time. But still a great experience

Really good buy, had the controller for some months now with no issues. It’s a bit smaller than the standard controllers for Xbox one, which for me works perfect.

im a Xbox Head. i have multiple xbox thru out my house from the basement to my chilllout room. i like the red one butni do have multiple controller but the i like them all.

I was really excited to get this controller. But sometimes it randomly shuts off like the battery is dead or something. Which is extremely frustrating when I’m playing online
