controller is good but the delivery was bad. the ontrac delivery guy threw the box more than 7 feet onto my porch. my girlfriend witnessed it then went outside to say something but the driver was already running back to his car and sped off.

Needed a replacement controller and saw that this was on sale so i immediately grabbed it. Xbox has the best controllers available at a nice price. Pairs grwat with my phone so stream XCloud.

Nothing wrong with the product, WM sold/delivered an open box item as new. It was supposed to be a gift to someone, haven't used the product and returned it right away. Not sure if it was missing anything.

I like that it’s a perfectly working controller. All the other used or reconditioned ones I have bought always have something wrong with them in some small but annoying way.

Purchased 2 of these controllers. One works great, and the other one does not work. I've rarely had problems with this brand. It's a great controller. If both had worked, I would have given 5 stars.

This latest model seems much better than the past Microsoft crap controllers! Microsoft should be ashamed of all Xbox one controllers! They all sucked!

I had ordered one from Walmart before and the joystick had a drift to it, so I was hesitant about ordering a new one and honestly, it makes my gaming a lot better. Good job for winning me back! - Definitely recommend this controller!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microsoft is the best brand for the controller and it was on an early black Friday sale so it was so much cheaper than usual.

This controller bluetooth connection is no longer works with previous connectors. Which sucks, Microsoft should start preventing from having breaking changes on their low level apis, especially the bluetooth connection
