I bought this bed about a month ago. The first frame had a couple of tears in it. Customer service was fantastic and shipped me a second one immediately. This frame is sturdy and the features all function well. Worth every penny!

First purchased the Serta Motion Essentials base for my elderly mother and it arrived defective, it was too high for her on the lowest leg height, and we had the worst experience from delivery and customer service. We returned it and purchased this Member's Mark Adjustable Base and we are so glad we did...love, love, love this base! Has many more functions and it is actually operational, the lowest height setting is perfect for my mother, and it is less expensive than the Serta (Ergomotion) base!

This is my first adjustable base bed and I LOVE it! I was able to assemble it by myself in a short period of time. The price compaired to other brands for the quality is fantastic. Love the massage feature. Zero gravity helps me sleep so much better. Way less pain upon waking in the morning!

I bought this Adjustable Base a few weeks ago because the Sleep Number Bed I bought prior to this , especially the FlexFit adjustable Base wouldn't fit up my stairway. This Base from Sam's is the great savior it comes compact packaged and slid easily up my stairs, it sets up so easy and ready to except my Sleep Number i8 Bed. it has more options then other units. The biggest plus it saved me $1400 verses the FlexFit Base. I Highly Recommend this Base.

This represents an incredible value. The remote control, the Bluetooth, the app, the movement of the legs back and Pillow. Everything works perfect just as described, built to last, I love the app that you can use as a remote control, and the pillow tilt I didn’t think would work but it works fantastic. I can’t say enough how much I love this adjustable bed frame and instead of spending $6000 on a bed I only had to spend 600, highly recommended.

I shopped around and could not find another platform with these features any cheaper. Hopefully with the phone application can add even more features like a timer to flatten out the bed after a setable amount of time so you can fall asleep after watching TV. Or an alarm that will vibrate and raise the head of the bed to wake you up. Bed is made well. Be sure to install the middle legs (6 in total). It arrives in a large (half the size of a queen mattress), heavy box. I was able to get it upstairs by myself with lots of effort but I really think it is a 2 person job if you have stairs that turn corners. Assembly was easy and it fit perfectly in my bed frame. The adjustable leg height make it so you can't even tell it is there and works perfectly.

This bed, we have the split king, is almost perfect! So close. We love everything about this bed frame but the control app is horrible! It quite simply doesn't work! Many buttons do NOTHING, while others sort of, almost do what they are supposed to do... Very frustrating for an otherwise great product.

Thrilled with my purchase! Works just as described. The motors and movable parts are very quiet. I am 6' 2" - 275 lbs and it works like a champ! This is a 2-person job because of the sheer weight of the piece - it is HEAVY! Fits right inside my headboard, side rails and footboard. Note that base must be completely unobstructed underneath so hydraulic parts can move freely when adjusting. Btw, I went by a bed store to try out their adjustable bases and comparable models were priced $1000-$2000!!!...Sam's knocked this one out of the park!

Although we’ve only had our adjustable bed since May 2019, we’re very, very pleased with the quality and all the features for the money! First off, setup is really quick and easy with two people. The foundation arrived in a shipping box (61” x 42” x 9”) that weighed 149 pounds. Given the awkward-to-handle box size and weight, however, I would highly recommend having two fairly strong people available – and a furniture dolly if you have a ways to go. Our FedEx driver could not move it by himself – perhaps if he had a dolly? What’s particularly great is that the legs on the adjustable foundation are positioned to sit inside a standard queen size bed frame. For us that meant that our head board and foot board – both of which attached to the bed frame, could be used with the new foundation. When installed, the overall height from the floor to the top of the foundation was the same as it was with our old 8-1/2” thick foundation sitting on the bed frame. That allowed us to use our existing bed skirt without it being too short. The one modification we did need to make was to our bed skirt. Two small holes needed to be cut into the bed skirt to allow the mattress retaining bar to be attached to the foundation. If our bed skirt was one that just wrapped around the outside of the foundation and didn’t cover it like a sheet that would not have been necessary. The unit operates with very little noise and comes with a nice remote which can be a challenge to use in the dark. Although the remote lights up when any of the buttons are pushed, you better have pushed the right button. Having hit the vibrator button by mistake was not always welcomed by my spouse. And speaking of the spouse, that has been the only other learning curve. We don’t always prefer the same settings, but I’m getting used to it. :)

Was shopping for a new bed system and stopped by a good major retailer that Carrie’s furniture and beds. We were shown their new beds with adjustable bed frames which were great. We did not purchase anything as I wanted to research, and I am glad I did. This adjustable base is 1/2 the price with all the features. This is a great value. If you are in the market for these, treat yourself.
