I bought this to save money and am happy with these purchase. It is really heavy, though. You'll need two strong people to handle it. I bought the queen size.

It's a very nice adjustable base -- a great value for the features it offers. My only complaint is that there is only underbed lighting on one side of the bed.

Excellent adjustable bed. Said no setup & that was actually true. Just had to put the mattress on & plug in in. Works great. Just as good as the $1000 ones & they delivered to my door. Just needed a dolly!

The Adj Base performs just as stated in description. Very heavy. Needed assistance in moving. Packaging was a little beat up upon arrival but everything inside was ok.

I bought this bed because of the features that it has on it. The only draw back that I have is that it will not fit into my old beds headboard and foot. If anyone knows how to adjust the bed to make it fit please let me know.

We bought it at the beginning of the month. I have two herniated discs, the zero gravity position has helped alleviate the pain. My husbands snoring has subsided substantially. We are very happy with our bed! Highly recommended i.

We purchased this bedframe in 2020. Last month one side quit working. Due to the age we didn't expect much except possibly to find someone to come out and repair it on our dime. Though it took some phone calls I reached the manufacturer directly. They actually answered the phone, in person! We went through some options for correcting the problem. Long story short, they sent me replacement electronics, a YouTube video and assurance that they were always available to help. The replacement went well, NO COST to us and we are now resting easy. This kind of customer service has become so rare I still find it hard to believe it's still out there. Thank you so much for your help!

Excellent for what it does. A few important pointers for potential buyers: 1. Not all mattresses will bend with the base. So get that sorted out before purchase the base. Our 14" hybrid simply would not work. 2. The mattress retaining bar is tied underneath the base just like all the other parts. Only they used black ties instead of redish orange ties used on all other accessories. As a result, we had to uproot everything and lift the base again in order to cut the ties to install the base. Not cool at all. Other than that, we are very happy with it.

The Remote control app does not work. I called membership customer help and they said the app doesn't work, they are working on it and they don't know when it will be fixed. The fabric on three of the four corners is torn just from moving it on carpeted floor...two people put it together...should use three or four so you don't have to drag it. Power backup is so minimal as to be unusable. Otherwise the bed is good so far.
