We recently bought a much needed new mattress and decided to add an adjustable base to go along with our new purchase. Before making any purchase, I research more than enough to make my wife start to get angry. I had a $2000 adjustable base I was close to buying, along with a mattress that was double that. Then, I decided to come check Sam’s. So glad I did! An adjustable base for less than $500?? With all the features?! And backed by Sams guarantee?! Excellent base. No problems so far. And even my wife is happy with it!

This adjustable queen bed frame is awesome. It was easy to put together, no tools needed. We appreciate the adjustable height for the legs as well. It’s very quiet when you adjust it and the massage that we thought we wouldn’t use, we are now using every night. We shopped and researched for 4 months before making a decision and we decided with all the features and the price of under $500.00 we would buy it. Others we looked at were double the price and did not have as many features. If you’re looking for an adjustable bed frame this is the one. Thanks.

I purchased this because I have upcoming knee replacement, and read several reviews saying it was helpful during recovery. It was very easy to set up. It is heavy so it definitely is a several person task. I like that the height is adjustable. With my current bedframe I cannot use the shortest setting. I would have to remove the side rails because my mattress is sitting right on top of the rails at the medium height of the adjustable base. I definitely like that the remote is backlit. One thing I will say is when you have the head elevated, and the foot elevated, it is a little hard to get in and out of the bed without putting it back to the neutral position. I have not used the phone app as I am the only one using the bed. I also cannot utilize the USB ports because they are blocked by my bed frame, however it is a great bonus to have them on the frame. The massage feature to me just feels like the bed shaking, but I will say that it is relaxing before you go to sleep. The only thing I would add is it would be nice if there was a timer on the massage. An added bonus is there is a soft glow from the power box under the bed, which provides a nice night light on the floor. I’m pretty sure I have friends and family who will be purchasing this adjustable base after seeing mine. It is a great value compared to other sites.

Great bed so far. Easy to put together and works great for me. I have had it for short amount of time but I bought it because I have bad arthritis in my knees and it helps with the pain at night while sleeping and the massage is just a bonus, I think.

My husband and I had been looking at other brands for adjustable beds but they were too expensive so we decided to try this one because of the lower price. I am extremely happy with our purchase!! Tgis bed has all the features of the $1000+ beds that we had been looking at. It came in a large box and for the most part assembled (you really just have to add the feet). If you are contemplating purchasing this bed.. dont...you will not regret it!

I’ve been using my new adjustable frame for a couple of weeks now. I’m loving it. The motor to raise and lower the upper and lower parts is totally silent. I don’t care for the “massager” function on any bed, so I don’t use it. It’s more of a vibration and feels annoying to me. My grandson set the frame up for me, with a little help from me. It was super simple, as it was mostly put together out of the box. We didn’t have any problems with the legs fitting the screws, as other reviews mentioned. All the parts were included. Fed Ex delivered it and the box was damaged, resulting in a tear in the fabric, but it is where it doesn’t show, so I didn’t make a claim. This frame is half the price of one I looked at in the store where I bought my Serta mattress, and has more features. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Members Mark Queen Adjustable Platform Base and would order it again.

Though it looked like Fed-Ex dragged the box behind the truck everything was in tact and ok. I never owned one before but read the reviews and compared the others and this one is awesome. Others look as if they are cheaply built and cost way more with lees features. This one (queen size) has more features PLUS massage that it pretty cool. Though I just put in place today everything seems to be great. Easy to set-up but suggest you have a second person on hand to help get in house and into place as pretty heavy but easy to slide around once legs are on it. I hope to get many years of enjoyment out of this unit. I give two thumbs up so far and think you will be happy as I am.

The base arrived in great condition. A word of warning it is extremely heavy and arrives on your front porch. I really didn't think about it when I purchased it how heavy it would be. Luckily I have two sons who were able to carry it upstairs for me. Otherwise I was able to set it up on my own once in the room. Works wonderfully, highly recommend

"Sams" hits a Home-Run for us with this Adjustable Platform Base. Very easy setup, Great Value, FREE Shipping. We purchased this on sale for under $500. Very happy so far with 3 weeks use as of this writing. If I had to change anything with this purchase, I would have bought the King-Size split base so separate adjustments per person would be possible. But we didn't have enough space in the bedroom. That being said, we are still very happy with purchase. (Just don't get extreme with adjustments to keep partner comfortable... lol).

I both this last month. Cane delivered in a box. I had two young men assemble it in less than an hour. Works great! I cant believe the price compared to most stores. I figured I would get what I paid for, but this bed is very well made and adjusts great, both head and feet! I didn't even realize it had massage too! It also has adjustable legs, the highest will give you plenty of room to store underneath.
