This is one of the best products I've ever ordered without eyes-on viewing. It is very easy to assemble - basically just screw on the legs and attach a guard to hold the mattress in place. It is very heavy inside the box, so it is not a one-man job (at least not for a slightly-built senior). It works just as described. The head can be adjusted and it has a separate motor to tilt the pillow. Has another motor to adjust the feet. It has three separate areas of vibration and each has three intensities. The remote is lighted and intuitive. The lifting operations are smooth as silk. I couldn't be more pleased.

The base is great. It works really good and is so so so much cheaper than on the Dr Oz site. It does the extra head tilt that only the highest priced ones did and it was easy to add the ap to my phone so I can do the adjustments on the phone or with the remote. Very Happy with this item.

Great adjustable base for any mattress! Easy to use/set up, worst part was getting it up the stairs but once it was in our room it was so easy to set up and get our mattress onto! Cant beat the price anywhere else, especially with all the great features

We recently bought a much needed new mattress and decided to add an adjustable base to go along with our new purchase. Before making any purchase, I research more than enough to make my wife start to get angry. I had a $2000 adjustable base I was close to buying, along with a mattress that was double that. Then, I decided to come check Sam’s. So glad I did! An adjustable base for less than $500?? With all the features?! And backed by Sams guarantee?! Excellent base. No problems so far. And even my wife is happy with it!

I found this of course and other websites for a lot more money. It took about 20 minutes to put it together. It is very heavy, you need 2 people. The massager's work well. I I've read other people say they wish that it would last longer all you have to do is push the button. I've been sleeping on it for a week and I have no complaints. Well worth the money.

So far so good. I use it with my new Serta Mattress that I bought. It's only been a week so hopeful it will hold up to warranty. It is very quite moving it up and down and silent when not moving so that it does not interfere with your sleep. I like the fact that you can adjust the height from 3" to 12" and I choose the 12" because I like a high bed. The delivery people put it together with my white glove delivery mattress and it seemed to be easy to assemble because they had it together in no time.

I’ve been using my new adjustable frame for a couple of weeks now. I’m loving it. The motor to raise and lower the upper and lower parts is totally silent. I don’t care for the “massager” function on any bed, so I don’t use it. It’s more of a vibration and feels annoying to me. My grandson set the frame up for me, with a little help from me. It was super simple, as it was mostly put together out of the box. We didn’t have any problems with the legs fitting the screws, as other reviews mentioned. All the parts were included. Fed Ex delivered it and the box was damaged, resulting in a tear in the fabric, but it is where it doesn’t show, so I didn’t make a claim. This frame is half the price of one I looked at in the store where I bought my Serta mattress, and has more features. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Members Mark Queen Adjustable Platform Base and would order it again.

If you like to watch tv in bed, this bed is great. The massage features aren’t something I like, but it puts my grandsons right to sleep! I love that it fit right inside my 4 poster bed and all I had to do was remove the center support bar on my bed and drop the adjustable bed right inside. Setup is super easy, too.

Before purchasing my adjustable base I suffered pain (side sleeper forced to become a back sleeper; pained in both positions) every night on my mattress which is only a few years old. Sleeping in Zero Gravity on the adjustable base this past week has been the absolute best! The massage features are nice, too. I am very happy with my purchase thus far. The Sam's Club supplier was very quick to answer my questions (on Presidents' Day, no less) about the base and setting it up inside my poster bed. It was very easy. (I supervised.) I had a strong nephew and son, who is also mechanically inclined, set up the base--though it's true you don't need any tools for the set up. I could not have done it myself. Thanks to everyone!!

The base arrived in great condition. A word of warning it is extremely heavy and arrives on your front porch. I really didn't think about it when I purchased it how heavy it would be. Luckily I have two sons who were able to carry it upstairs for me. Otherwise I was able to set it up on my own once in the room. Works wonderfully, highly recommend
