Works great! My only wish is that I had known that the split king option has the ability to function in unison as a regular king. Had I known I would have gotten this sooner to use with my king mattress. Then once I was ready to use two twin xl mattresses, I would have been set for that option. As it was, I waited to be able to afford the bases, new mattresses and new sheets all at once. This has worked well since my wife and I use very different settings at night. I could do without the massage feature, but otherwise no complaints.

I am waiting for my replacement split king size bed. The boxes arrived severly damaged in shipment process. Unfortunately, one of the beds had damage that went right through the box and through the base material causing a rip straight through. Sam's is great for offering to replace the bed. However, shipping arrangements are deplorable. Watching shipping and I live in Wisconsin, Bed is being sent from Indiana by FedEx. But, it's going to California first!! WHY?? It's one state away. No wonder there are so many complaints about damage. They send the bed cross crountry in just a cheap taped up cardboard box. There is no protection whatsoever to cushion the frame. Box states 2 man lifting but we all know there is only one FedEx person who has to load & unload 97# boxes. I watched the loading up of my return - it was flipped every which way to get it across pavement ad into truckbed.

This adjustable bed frame is perfect for my needs. As most reviewers have noted, it is very heavy, 170 pounds. My bedroom is on the second floor so I had to hire two men to carry it upstairs. They recommended that I take one side of my current bedframe off so the adjustable frame could slide right in. That was genius! I screwed on the 6 legs, checked that the wiring was all attached and attached the electrical cord to the back up battery box. It was very simple. It works great with my 12 inch foam mattress that also has a topper on it. I can feel the vibration from the massage settings and I can easily adjust the head and foot settings. I have year round allergies and need the head raised. It is so much better than trying to adjust a few pillows! I also liked how easy it was to change the height of the bed frame. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

For what I paid it was a very good purchase. I could have paid twice as much and got a better quality, but I didn't want to pay that much. I love the zero gravity option and reading in bed is much easier now. The vibration is a little loud but for the price, I am very happy. I am enjoying my new adjustable very much.

We purchased this bedframe in 2020. Last month one side quit working. Due to the age we didn't expect much except possibly to find someone to come out and repair it on our dime. Though it took some phone calls I reached the manufacturer directly. They actually answered the phone, in person! We went through some options for correcting the problem. Long story short, they sent me replacement electronics, a YouTube video and assurance that they were always available to help. The replacement went well, NO COST to us and we are now resting easy. This kind of customer service has become so rare I still find it hard to believe it's still out there. Thank you so much for your help!

We bought this a couple weeks ago after months of reviewing and research. This way by far the best price and seemed to have all the features of name-brand competition that was 3x the price. SO happy with this purchase, SUPER easy to put together too! My husband and I had this in place and bed re-assembled in 30 minutes or less. It arrives (and is pretty heavy!) assembled in the box- simply screw in the legs and mattress retainer and flip. Works like a dream and the Zero G is heavenly! I thought the massage feature would be meh, but it is so nice after a long day on my feet and like sitting in a massage chair!

So easy to set up. I did it by myself...it is heavy, so a 2nd set of hands would be helpful, but not necessary. Open the box, open the frame...attach the legs, plug in the power cords/boxes, slide in the mattress support bar...done. The massage is very nice, as is the zero gravity button. I am so happy I got this from Sam's and saved myself hundreds of dollars.

Love this bed and base. We shopped around for a couple weeks. Sam’s has the best value for the money. Heavy duty, works every which way, massage, all works great. Really like the part that curls up your head to watch TV. Delivered directly to house. Easy to set up. Best SLEEP I’ve had in years. Will be buying another for spare bedroom’s.

Today I received the frame and was excited for my mother. When I saw the box at my entry way, I was like ok, I have seen worse boxes delivered. When I pulled the box away from the wall, my heart skipped a few beats. Sam's Club it looks like the company you use to ship this frame, doesn't like you or this product, because numerous reviews show messed up boxes. When I finally got around to getting the bed put together, I noticed that the bed only had 3 vibrating motors (2 at the head and only 1 at the foot) and the description photos show 4 and even some the review photos show 4 motors. Was I one of the unlucky ones that got a bed frame that was not Quality Checked...After I call them and find out if there should be 3 or 4,,, I may or may not change my rating. The bed did go together rather easy and with the variable height legs, I was able to keep it low so my aging mother could get in and out very easily. I like that the USB ports are on both side, but they should be moved so you can easily see them from the side of the bed.

Really enjoying this adjustable bed. Will never go back to a non adjustable bed. It was so easy to set up. And the fact that I can use my iPhone or iPad Bluetooth connection to adjust the bed is a great feature. I’m also enjoying the massage feature. Helps after doing workout.
