I really prefer 97/3% ground beef but will use 90/10% in a limited amount of recipes.

My wife divided it up to the size we need- meatballs, meatloaf, hamburgers and then freezes it

Like it , just the right amount of fat. Makes the best meat loaf, burgers and taco meat
