The lean ground beef is currently by far the best Sam's has ever supplied. It's absolutely the delicious! Very tender and flavorful!! Who ever your supplier is, please continue to purchase from them. We use a lot of ground beef in our cooking and hands down, it's the best ever! Thank You Sam's Club for a great product!

I typically buy a bunch and freeze it. Flavor is great however this last batch purchased is not of the same quality that I expect of any ground beef. Way too much connective tissue has been added to this. I don't expect the texture of hamburger to be that of a pencil eraser. I buy ground beef from Sam's 3-4 times a year and this is not what it is normally like. Today I found a piece of connective tissue the size of a time.

Enjoy using this Quality of meat for tacos. Never to dry or greasy.

Way too lean! It grills up ok but not enough fat in it which makes it tasteless and tough!
