Will never buy their ground beef again. We made 2 burgers. It smelled fine while it was cooking. It had a weird chemical/plastic sort of flavor. Ate about 3 bites, gave the rest to the dog.

Be very cautious....lots of bone fragments...nearly took my tooth out...once again. Called store and they acted as though they have never heard of this before...yet all over their reviews. Very dangerous!!

It's ok but i like taste and when you take the fat out you eliminate the true flavor of the meats just saying . i know to each his own but don't force it.

The Members Mark ground beef was great for our tacos, making them not so greasy and the price per pound being as it was made it great to buy in bulk so that we can make several meals out of what we bought.

I make my burgers from scratch at my kitchen and I find that Sam’s club meat is the only one that doesn’t “shrivel” up on me. Makes cleaning my griddle much better.

I bought ground beef for the 1st time at Sams. I dont like the texture. Its almost got a gritty tough texture. Cant put my finger on exactly what it is that bothers me.

The price for 90/10 at Sams club is less than what I would pay for 75/25 at other grocery stores. I always make a special trip to sams for ground beef

I bought 2 packages of this and froze it. Took it out to cook. It has a dusting taste and odor. I'm a faithful shopper and very disappointed in this product. Buyer beware.

I typically buy a bunch and freeze it. Flavor is great however this last batch purchased is not of the same quality that I expect of any ground beef. Way too much connective tissue has been added to this. I don't expect the texture of hamburger to be that of a pencil eraser. I buy ground beef from Sam's 3-4 times a year and this is not what it is normally like. Today I found a piece of connective tissue the size of a time.

The lean ground beef is currently by far the best Sam's has ever supplied. It's absolutely the delicious! Very tender and flavorful!! Who ever your supplier is, please continue to purchase from them. We use a lot of ground beef in our cooking and hands down, it's the best ever! Thank You Sam's Club for a great product!
