I haven't cooked any of it yet, just put in freezer to make soup this winter. It looks like it would be good meat!

Lean enough to be good and just enough fat to keep the meal moist. Great burgers, meatloaf and spaghetti meatballs or meat sauce.

Good quality hamburger. Good for meatloaf and such but not for burgers. You have to go 80/20 for that. Overall, really good quality beef.

The taste snd texture of the lean beef is beautiful from the packaging to its cooking from pan to grill all comes out lean and delicious
