I requested a refund on this meat. It was turning brown not two days later. I spoke with no less than 4 reps on the chat site. All were rude and kind of condescending. It’s been 13+ days and I’m still waiting for the refund!

More affordable price than grocery store. Good quality. Freeze for future use.

The meat I received in my order had gone bad two days after I picked it up. The use-by date was 5 days after that, so I'm wondering if the meat had been sitting out while waiting for pickup (I wasn't late, though). It had turned gray, and I should have returned it, but it was too much of a hassle.

So much fat, must be 80/20. I routinely buy 93-97 lean and have very little if any fat. I had soo much fat to drain off of this browned hamburger it was ridiculous. I thought a larger package would be better for a gathering but I will stick to what I know

I don't know why you're trying to pass off crap hamburger as 88/12 at best it's 80/20 and I don't even think it's that. it shrinks half of what you put into the pan to cook and the entire pan is full of grease. no way it's what you're labeling it will not buy again

I picked up this meat up yesterday1/20/26. I picked it up 1/22/26. It went immediately in the refrigerator. It was cold when I got it out 1 day later so I know my refrigerator is not the reason it turned gray after one day. Besides my refrigerator is a little over a year old. It says it was due to not be sold after 1/23/26. I hardly think the stop sell date was just 3 days after it was processed. Hum… I watched the girl who put it my car drop it on the ground and then pick it up and put it in my car. I don’t think that is the reason it went bad in 1 day, but I thought it was just bad. See picture. I tried to upload a picture of the gray meat but got an error message.

This delivered a few days ago. Decided to portion pack %26 freeze. Less than 48 hours, the meat was already brown. Opened it anyway and pulled it apart to discover normal pink meat underneath, and then the smell hit me. OMG! What is that smell? Threw it all out and got a refund. I see nothing has changed with this meat according to the comments. Sam's Club, this is UNACCEPTABLE. WHY DO YOU KEEP SELLING IT???

Packages getting smaller and prices going up but decent flavor and cooks up well

Great tasting and I like the 88/12 mix
