Not worth it.

Bought this back in November 2021. Right off the bat, we had issues with the numbers key pad. Once you hit bake and try to set the temperature to say, 375° it takes 5 tries to get the right temp. You have to constantly hit 3 to get it to show up then it takes multiple tries for the 7 to show up. I wouldn’t recommend or buy again.

Hi Ali H, We understand how difficult it is to set the oven's temperature when the keypad isn't responding as intended. The most common scenarios when the control panel isn't responsive is when there is foreign matter caught between the buttons and or the control panel is wet. Since this model is one continuous control panel and is a touch panel, wipe it down and let it dry before trying again. Contented owner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Four stars only because nothing is perfect. This gas range has deficiencies to me, very small, but still there. The tones used to identify timer and oven coming to temperature are annoying to me. Smart feature is useless to me. Would I really want to control my range from my phone? Instructions for use of timer feature, clock setting leaves a lot to be desired. It is an attractive range, clean lines and sturdy grids over burners. Oven is large and can tell you that it does hold a canning pot. Seems I got a late start in the day to make tomato sauce and was able to put my canning pot in the oven at a low temperature overnite instead of not being able to start the project first thing next morning.

Problems with oven temperature

Bought this oven a couple of months ago. The problem we're having is the oven isn't reaching the temperatures we programmed. For example when we set it at 485 Fahrenheit, when we test it with an oven thermometer, it has reached only 450 degrees or even less. We have adjusted the temperature (using the temp adjust in the manual) increasing it to +32 but it doesn't seem to correct the problem. We bake bread and would like to have the the oven at 500 degrees F but when we test with the thermometer it only reads 480 degrees or less... Does anybody else have that problem?

Horrible experience for first oven I ever purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could have done 0 stars, I would have. Right after the warranty period ended, the oven would not keep up to temp. I replaced a part myself whcih did not solve anything, so I had a repairman come, he replaced something. Worked again for about a month, then stopped keeping up again. Had same repairman come again, he replaced another part. Now all heating elements replaced and still it would not work properly. Finally just replaced it. Repairman told.me Samsung was the worst for appliances! I believe him. He said my fridge would go out next.

We Really Like The Air Fry Feature

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We are enjoying all the features of our oven but we do have one huge downside that Samsung has done nothing about. The surface of the stove in scraping and it looks like little bubbles are under the glass that cannot be removed no matter what product they tell me to use. So extremely disappointed about that.

AMAZING Products

Great looking

Love that the clock is automatically set by wi-fi or bluetooth connection (no need to reset after electricity goes out). Originally the burners seemed to heat up my food slowly, but when I discovered my pans were not flat and switched to flat bottom pans, the heating speed was greatly improved. The grill 'pan' works well and is easily cleaned.

Amazing

Then it has a airfryer, I been wanting one of those FORVER in a day. So I got an all in one now. I was told Samsung not good for stoves Thank god, I always have my own mind. You can’t go wrong with this stove. Self clean and steam clean. Man I could write a book about all the features I prefer to stop it here. Please go get you one.
