The oven and stove itself works well. However, the stove top has areas that won't come clean. We've used safe cookware for the stovetop and have been very careful with the food we cook. Nothing has spilled over on it. There are marks on the stovetop we cannot get off. We cooked a frozen pizza in the oven, the cheese melted over on the bottom and made a mark that will not come off after scrubbing and self cleaning it. I would like to return it and would not recommend buying this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung oven is going into our new house, we got to play with it a little to check out the features, our last oven was amazing it was one that had the buttons on the front. Having the buttons and knobs in the back was missing. Believe it or not, my favorite feature is the warning area. Great for sauce and things like that while making pasta. The oven is a good size and we can’t wait to use the air fryer feature. We used the Dehydrator and made beef jerky, was much easier than we thought it would be it also saves you a ton of money. The Air Fryer is the star of the show for my family. We go to the gym and being able to make things like wings and other foods that usually use oil helps us and allows us to be eating a little healthier. The Smart app is nice since we have been adding so many amazing Smart app compatible things to our house, it allows us to control everything from our refrigerator to our oven and smart vacuum all with a push of a button or command to Alexa. This is an overall great oven that has a ton of features, great oven size, and looks amazing!

Cross checked with several temperature gauges including one industrial and pleased that oven set point temp is exact. Haven’t used all the oven features air fry, broil or WiFi yet. Waiting fir cooler weather. Only dislike is touchpad doesn’t have backlight.

After having an adjustment ( it was baking too high) I’m happy with the oven. Now I’d like to tackle the air fry feature but again I can’t get the instructions so I guess I’ll have to hope for the best and ruin some food until I get it right

This range was exactly as expected. I actually bought an open box that popped up when I went to add the original range to my cart but a brand new one showed up anyway. We ordered the black stainless steel bc it was cheaper than the other option. It fits in just fine with my other stainless steel appliances. The installation was really painless. The driver arrived on time and put the oven in my kitchen and even hauled off my old range and hood even though I didn't pay for that. Just something to keep in mind if you are having an appliance delivered. I have a feeling they want to take your old appliances so they can scrap them so why pay extra? I wish the range came with a Samsung air fry tray since it has an air fryer but that's being really picky. As for performance, the burners heat up really quickly and the oven is amazing. I toasted garlic bread in about a minute with the air fryer setting and it came out perfect. I use a cast iron pan on the glass top so I can definitely see where it has been scratch wise(at the right angle) but nothing would hold up to a skillet so no complaints on scratching so far. The wifi is silly to me but one cool thing you can do is sync the time on the range with the app. This is nice here in Florida where the power goes out when the wind blows. My wife gets alerts when I turn the stove on so that's kinda funny. We love our Samsung smart washer and use the app for various things but not sure about an oven. It definitely would not have been a deal breaker if this model didn't have the feature. I will definitely update my review in the future if needed.

I would love to see how Samsung stands behind it product now as usually my experience with Samsung is that product is not backed past 1 year warranty period and its biggest cause of carbon footprint as repairs are not realistic

I looked at it for a long time at one of the local hardware stores and thought it has everything that I need in it. Once I got it I found that I was correct! This is one impressive range that does a multitude of things. And you can hook it up to your smart things wireless system to. I have a very small kitchen and not a lot of room to store anything much less than several appliances that do different things. The Samsung range does an impressive amount of things including stovetop grilling, air frying, and convection oven duties. And it does them all very easily. I have already tried the stovetop grill which is included with the range. There is a dedicated area on two burners on the stove top just for the grill, that heats a little higher than normal when you set it for grilling. The grill itself it's perfectly on top of those two burners. I tried a piece of chicken and it turned out fabulous! I have to eat healthier so grilling meats and fish is going to be such a great advantage and I don't have to drag out my countertop grill either. I used to dread that because I have to prep it heated up, then cook the food and then there was a cleanup involved afterwards which was not easy. The grill eliminates all of this. And speaking of healthier eating the range also includes a large fry basket to use with a convection oven which will Air fry your food but in a much larger quantity and in a much better quality environment. I used it on frozen shrimp and fries and it did a fabulous job without deep frying. I haven't tried the convection oven yet because I haven't started baking for the holidays yet, but that was one of the biggest features that I wanted this oven for and it will get tried out soon. This is a very smart looking oven and range and it fits beautifully inside of my kitchen, matching all of my other appliances beautifully. I haven't used it enough to have to clean the oven yet but I love seeing that there is a smart or steam clean setting on the oven that I would truly appreciate. I have pets and I also have asthma so I can't have anything superheated and smelly. The settings on the dashboard are great, and easy to see. And if you want to you can hook your stove up to your other smart things app. A little thing but I also love the chimes for the alarm. I am smitten with this new stove and I'm so proud to show it to friends and family. I am really looking forward to Thanksgiving this year!

It is my first glass top stove and I have figured out how to keep it nice and clean by using dish soap and water. The oven is amazing! The air fryer makes a bit of a mess, but worth it for the taste and how crispy everything is!
